The course has a good layout but other than driving at the stake, every shot is in the rough. Ive seen better fairways in the desert! Rocks, gravel and weeds. If you like your clubs then dont use them here. Get a set from Goodwill for use on the "rough" fairways. There is water on the course but bring plenty to drink! Ground squirrels, gophers and rabbits galore! Not many folks must play here because at $19.50 a round they cant afford to grow or water the course. If youre looking to just do some practice rounds or burn some calories its a great place to go, if you dont mind digging in the gravel with your clubs. They do have a driving range but I didnt use it.
