I hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband at Luce Loft and I cant imagine the event at any other venue. Aside from having all of the amenities that are needed for an event such as available bathrooms, kitchen space, storage room, parking lot structure across the street and perfect location... the place is so much more than that. Luce Loft speaks for itself, its not like one of those venues where you walk in and you find yourself inserted in a completely white square. The Loft has a personality of its own yet it still holds the versatility to use the space with any decor style that one may need for the event. Its openness, earthy tones and wood finishes are beautiful. Our guests had enough space to interact with the different spaces offered by the setup. They would walk from the kitchen, upstairs to the bar and then maybe take a seat in the back area, this made for a better night for everyone since the place allows for interaction with other guests and that is what really makes up the experience of an event. Everybody had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place for any type of event, I have seen photos of weddings that have been held there and they have been amazing as well. I will be adding some images of the event onto the gallery so make sure to check them out. Zack who is the manager of the venue did a great job in responding to all of my questions regarding the event, we stayed in contact during the planning process and he was always available which was very appreciated.

I recently used the Luce Loft for a photoshoot. The space is huge and theres a lot of different characteristics in the interior which can accommodate any type of shoot. I used the exposed concrete walls for the backdrop, but theres enough space for any size of portable backdrops. Lots of outlets too for endless amounts of lighting. The 4 giant windows provide great natural light in mid afternoon and the kitchen area is a perfect place for post production hair and make-up. I cant wait to shoot there again!

I rented out the space and threw a 200 person cocktail party for work. Luce Loft is a dream venue for all types of events and is very easy to work in. Restrooms, full kitchen, resilient concrete floors, and a plethora of strategically placed outlets, what more could you ask for? What’s more is that there’s a parking structure right across the street. All of my guests had a blast!

Great venue. The space is open and despite looking a little industrial had a very warm feeling. We received a ton of compliments on it at our wedding reception, and having a split space with the loft area upstairs gave a little respite from the dance floor. Zack (the proprietor) was great to work with, promptly answering any questions we might have.
