Highly recommend! This was a great find! displays peaceful ambiance & beautiful decor with upscale dining. My husband and I went for a two day stay-cation for my birthday and we were pleasantly surprised to find the amount of care and attention we were given. From our visit to their spa to checking into our room. The spa offers a beautiful peaceful sitting area and the changing room / showers offered many amenities. After our message we were served champagne and a place to relax and pick from several complimentary natural bath salts and herbs to take home. At the dining area our bartender made sure we were taken care of and comp our drinks due to the delay in getting our room (which wasnt long), once we got our room key we were later delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne & hand rolled chocolates with a card wishing me a happy birthday. I could not have asked for better service. We will make this our new get away for several years to come. Thank you staff at The Inn we feel appreciated and welcomed.

The cottage was nice and cozy inside but there were much dog poos leading to the cottage from the outside parking lot. I called guest service and asked them to clean up as I was surprised that the hotel allowed this to happened. However, this was totally ignore and the poo were still there. We reserved a pet friendly cottage but did not expect to be this pet unfriendly ordeal. The landscape in front of our cottage also was not well kept and it really felt like a shack in the woods. I was surprised that this was a four stars hotel. The room service was extremely expensive. I ordered a cheese burger meal and the total cost was $30.00. A carafe of coffee cost $15.00. My wife ordered the coffee because the coffee maker broke in the room. Outrageous! After reading all the great reviews, we were eager to stay at this four stars hotel. We like the small town feel and the romantic atmosphere. However, we were highly disappointed with our unpleasant experience at this place and I guess we wont be back.

The staff are extremely warm, friendly, willing to serve you, and helpful. The actual facilities are very attractive, upscale, and make you feel at home; I also feel like it gives off a very peaceful vibe. Their yard and pool areas are nice with lots of greenery which is a very welcome thing compared to much of the Southern California landscape by the coast...and the Inns gym is pretty great as well. Once again, the location itself isnt near any other businesses or roads that are too loud or distracting, and the Inn isnt far from the amazing coastal beaches and lots of other fun local places for activities. The food is great too. Their event rooms are very functional as well, and could serve as great places for business gatherings or even weddings. Id recommend this spot to anyone looking for a nice, welcoming, and peaceful place to stay and unwind, or for business meetings as well. A+ in my book.

really fell short for me. Elected to get one of their bigger rooms (room 105) but was disappointed nonstop. Room had broken fixtures in it, leftover garbage, furniture was sparse in huge space and seemed to lack any designer input, windows single pane and let a lot of seemingly quiet noises in, no dishes in room despite having a kitchen and continual miscommunications with the hotel on items needing addressing. While everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel just lacked a feeling of knowing how to run a hotel and ensure quality standards are met.

We have always loved the Inn! It was our go to spot - but recently feel like there has been a change. Sat at the bar on a Monday night - ordered an appetizer and cocktails before we were headed to an event. It took an hour to get the appetizer - there was a "mishap in the kitchen" per the bartender. We told him we had to get it to go since we were running late - they put it in a box - not cooked fully and still charged us. Its unfortunate since there are very few options in downtown RSF. Disappointed.

This Historic Resort Hotel, located in the center of charming Rancho Santa Fe, lost all its charm in one fell swoop. The erection of a cell phone tower located in the center has destroyed all ambience once known to this sleepy town and the beautiful grounds this Hotel occupies. The Rancho Santa Fe Art Jury must have been sleeping...Very short sighted move by the new owners of this Hotel. Shame.

Just spent the weekend in Rancho Santa Fe and stayed at the Inn..It is located in the center of town and offers great places to walk around. The Inn is very nice and offers a great restaurant for Breakfast and dinner. The services was good. The only thing I could say they could improve upon is the spa treatment. My wife had the prenatal massage and thought it was over priced and not the best.

The Inn was recommended by friends and we fell in love with this place. Its so quiet, away from hussle and bussle of many San Diego hotels. Sits right in town, Rancho Santa Fe is a cute historical town, very upscale area. I recommend the Magnolia Rooms, private yard with fireplace outside. Very friendly staff everywhere, we felt very comfortable and look foward to returning.

For me The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe is like stepping back in time. Tranquil and elegant in the heart of the village. I have recently been joining the fun Croquet matches in the early evening, so much fun with a cocktail and then dinner on the patio. The food is delicious, I recommend the Grains and Green Salad with Salmon :D

A remnant of old Rancho Santa Fe you can talk to people who began visiting the Inn as far back as the 1960s. It still retains a lot of that old world class and elegance. A fun "date night" dinner with a gourmet menu. Try to seat on the patio in nice weather for the full experience.

Visited the RSF Inn for a business meeting. The hotel staff was excellent and responsive to our personal and business requirements. Additional, the Inn is dog friendly. Our yellow Labrador love the Inn. FYI - Dog treats at the front desk.

The spa was beautiful. It was wonderful wearing their soft bathrobes and sipping spa water. There were complimentary fruits and nuts to snack on while we wait. The masseuse did a really good job at massaging my neck, shoulders, and wrist.

Beop is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She made my sons Superhero party a complete hit. The kids loved all the decorations and my dessert table was just perfect. I highly recommend her. She is professional and very reasonable. THANK YOU, Beop .

Beautiful spot in the hills, great location to beaches, mountains, and city action. Staff was fantastic, friendly and Spanish style cottage was just what we were looking for. Would not hesitate making another stay here!

This is a really charming place. Rooms are spread out over the hilltop property in several small buildings. Our room was spacious, well appointed and included a wood-burning fireplace. Service was uniformly great.

We received the 50 minute massage package and it was everything you could hope for. Very professional and courteous. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. Would definitely go again.
