This place shoudl be called Central park community center. It is so much more than a park. OK so there is a park here with a padded,low impact surface, toddler play area and tubes you talk into and others can hear you on the other side of the playground,swings,(baby type and adult type,monkey bars,crazy fun slides,climbing structures, In the playground it even has a solar cell phone charging station. There are benches all around for parents to sit on while still watching their charges. I love that the entire playground is surrounded by tall hedges to give a sense of privacy and a little protection from the wind. One night when we were here with our granddaughters a beautiful white owl swooped down to say hello and on two other occasions we saw a bat flying nearby. It is quiet at night but well lit and safe. There is a veterans memorial in another part of the park as well as soccer fields for the under 6 set. There are covered picnic areas and beautiful well maintained landscaped areas with flowers and attractive plants. a fountain. this is just outside. Inside there is a complete senior center with A complete senior gym,classes,a computer center with state of the art computers, a snack bar, a giftshop with beautiful yet affordable original creations.various classes, planned group outings and group travel packages,discounted nutritious meals ,served daily, they have a bus that will come to your house and pick you up even if you have mobility issues. A friday shopping trip to stater brothers every friday.There are all ages classes as well and large rooms and ballrooms that can be rented for events.on the north side of the park the Pacific Electric trail passes through and there is even construction underway on the southwest side of 2 pools, one for seniors only and one for the whole community. I am amazed at all this park has to offer.

We love this park! Pros: No sand to deal with, theres foam ground everywhere. The playground is mostly enclosed with two main open exits. There are two playground equipment areas, one for toddlers and one for older kids. There are also swingsets respective of each group. The grass is green and beautiful. There are concrete paths all around with a main circle outside of the playground, (my oldest learned to ride a two wheeler here). Theres a nice huge covered picnic area with tables and benches underneath. A nice war memorial was recently placed here that is great for walking through. Recreation building is on site as well as the Senior Center. The Electric Pacific Trail runs by here and has a nice ramp that connects to the park. Riding toy friendly. Lots of parking. Cons Get ready to trek it inside the Recreation Building to use the restroom, there arent any outside, and sometimes the place is locked up so you have to enter through the front. This park is used for city sports, so once the crowds of families let out, the playground gets crowded. This might not be a problem for some though.

Nice park with nice facilities. The problem is that since it is a park, along the Pacific Electric Trail - you would expect a few support amenities for people using the trail. There are water fountains, but, there is no bathroom unless you go inside the Senior Community Center. If you use the trail to exercise a dog as well as a human - you need bathrooms that are dog accessible so that you dont have to tie the dog up, or worse, leave the dog in a car, unattended, in 90 degree heat while a person uses the restroom. That is just poor form all the way around. There are not that many bathroom facilities for people along the trail and not having an easy access bathroom at Central Park is a huge negative.

Booked the pravillion for my sisters gender reval party and I was very please with how simple it was to reserve the area. Booking anything at Central park is going to be expensive but it is worth it because of the location and high level of professionalism that you will get from the staff. I just recently booked a indoor space for her baby shower here earlier today and couldnt be more pleased with this experience as well. Keep in mind that Saturdays are busy so I wouldnt suggest touring or booking on Saturdays.

This is a great area for many different activities. There are large grassy fields comma a great little playground for kids and also a community center with meeting rooms in it. There are activities and events going on in the community center all week long. Just go to the front desk and get a pamphlet of all the events. The parking is free and theres also a nice bike and walking trail north of the park that last four miles in either direction. I believe the Rancho Chamber of Commerce meet here weekly.

The playground has a soft rubber surface which is really nice compared to sand or bark. You wont have to dump the sand out of your kids shoes before you go home. There is usually people there and it gets pretty busy in the evenings. I have seen kids having sports practice there, and adults holding yoga classes there. Theres a nice veterans memorial with a waterfall that represents all branches of the military. The park leads to the trail if you want to bring your dog or go for a jog.

I had my wedding here 9-16-16 the mesa courtyard is beautiful! The buidings and grounds are well maintained. The only prob I had was my event planner changed to 3 different people in a 4 month period(yes I planned my wedding im 4 months) it was very stressful to find out the first planner I booked with didnt explain everything correctly and switched offices mid planning. But everything else was great and in the end my wedding was beautiful.

A very nice urban park with wide open spaces. This park is a center of attraction for visitors of the city. Unfortunately the look of the beautiful building and its veterans memorial is now ruined by solar panels over the parking spaces. Best access point to Pacific Electric Trail. One day i hope the rest of the park is completed.

Huge park..lareg areas for eating and relaxing..has a club house areas for weddings amd events. Easy vasy to gain access to. Clearly obvious from street. Didnt explore whole park but sont remeber seeing a lot of benches and didnt see kids play area but i was only on half park..would definitely go again

Love this park, the beautiful landscaping is kept up nicely, walking paths both paved and dirt everywhere around and through the park. There is a military memorial attached to the recreation center. Ample covered and uncovered parking. Covered picnic area and childrens play area is modern and safe.

Great playground for my kids ages 8 and under. The community center is really nice. But using a room there is extremely difficult and you dont get a lot of help. So I 5 star the playground and ammenities and 3 star the ease of using the community center.

Very large park with plenty of parking. Very nice addition to have the covered parking spots since it can get so hot during the summer. Big grass area, and lots of picnic tables, and a small playground for the kids. Very well kept as well.

Central Park is a nice place to lay out a blanket and have a picnic. There arent many tables, or any tables outside of the gazebo area, so be prepared. There is a park area for kids to play at and big spacious fields to lie down on.
