Like lots of local resorts, PDR has fantastic views, a very playable golf course (18 very nice holes!).. but the tennis stadiums praises have not been sung in these reviews... I want to say: the people who gather at the PDR are golden: just really nice people. Very family friendly, the pool-side condos are sure great for kids... Brought my nephew out here and watched him joyfully play on the endless grass, and we swam every day in the CLEAN pools. (Yes, please towel off the oil on your way in to soak!) For the tennis, and I know you care: Check in with the club to be placed with a match: PDR is the most reasonable ($) local club, especially considering the high-service: pay by the day or sign up monthly or yearly, pro-rated. Lots of clinics (10-20 dollars) in the mornings, fantastic pros and honestly one of the best facilities around (clean, water coolers, free ice, etc) One caveat: The March tournament (Indian Wells) uses the courts for official practice: the mornings in March are a bit busy, but you get to have front-row seats to practice sessions with top-seeded players: Is it really a complaint? Well, its just that in March only, for a few weeks, you need to play after, say, 12 noon). I have been coming to the desert most of my life, I have been to most of the clubs, yes, there are some nice ones... but the Resorter is non-snobby, friendly, fun, well-cared-for: good value.

Its official I am a resident for at least a year and as of now Ive only been here bout 2 weeks but so far I have to admit Im loving it. Its such a laid back friendly safe environment and being a single mom what more could i ask for. Love the pools! Love the food! Love the drinks and all the servers!!! Its been a ok in my book!

The public Golf Course has undergone desert landscaping and looks good, nicely done. Prices are very reasonable and pace of play was good. The resort itself is great and there are a couple of companies who handle the majority of the rentals here, Country Club and Resort Rentals is the one I used.

Worst golf course Ive played in the last 7 years. The fairways have numerous bare patches,the rough has more grassless areas and the greens are patchy with grassless portions down to the sand. Some of the bunkers were ok . Service is nonexistent. Will not return.

Long time resident of this resort. Love coming down here every year. Cant beat the weather, its great to get out of the Oregon rain. Each house is unique. I enjoy the multiple smaller pool design; it seems like a more private experience. Highly recommend!

Very nice course,well maintained & not crowded for a Sunday tee time. It would do wonders for a golf course to have the first person you talk to (starter) at least be polite! Not the case here!

I was there to warm up for a tennis tournamnet. The courts are in great shape and fast. There are lots of organized tennis events and a hands on tennis director (Daniel Nabedrick).

Four of us played it on Feb. 13, 2017 and we wont be returning. The greens were in horrible shape. The course should mention that problem when making tee times.

Beautiful rooms and was kept up to date. The built in appliances were well managed and worked extremely well. Wifi was good but sometimes stuttered.
