Just went into the gallery to see the new Lion King. Gallery staff was very helpful. They provided fun information about the piece. The gallery was beautiful and fun to walk around. Lots to see without being overwhelmed. And the gentleman who welcomed us into the gallery told us little stories about several pieces, even a couple of historical pieces with the presidents. Then he let us wander through the rest of the gallery and talking to other gallery staff. I ended up putting the Lion King on layaway for my daughter. She will love it. And the whole experience was almost emotional. I don’t often write a review, but wanted to do it for Larry and Shanell. And by the way, I plan on coming in for the president’s piece for my husband for Father’s Day. He couldn’t stop talking about it. I want to personally thank you for the opportunity to buy art that we could never afford without their help.Fun place to see the Michael Godard artwork. It’s in the back in its own room with a player piano and a full size sculpture of James Dean ( think the artist was Zaveleta). They have the largest collection we have ever seen of Godards. They even had an awesome clock and said the Michael Godard would sign when he comes in September. It was great fun. Hated to leave.
