Great place to stay. You are likely to run into an occasional APPL employee here. I think it is their preferred hotel in the area. Place is great if you have a dog. The are dog friendly! We had an issue with our room where it wasnt completely cleaned (diaper under/behind tv stand) but they were quick to get it cleaned. We also had issue with the toilet plugging and their engineer was quick to fix the issue. Another issue with the tub not draining well. We were here for a week so after 3 days, they eventually moved us to a different room. It was a lower floor but we finally didnt have any further issues. Just taking one star away because of the hassle and inconvenience. Otherwise, hotel is great, updated with friendly staff. The restaurant is pricey so I would suggest finding something close by- you will something more reasonably priced and better quality / value.

This hotel and its staff is exceptional. Its clean, well-maintained and even the housekeeping staff go out of their way to wish you a great day. I had to entertain at an event taking place here. The staff member in charge, Souzy Philipos, went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Sometimes I feel like Im pulling teeth trying to get event staff to turn the house lights down, get me an extra table, etc.; however, her and her staff bent over backwards for me. Thanks! Lastly, during a conversation with Ms. Philipos, I learned that she came to Juniper from Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons (prior to that). Her vision is to provide the same level of service to Juniper clients. I saw her practice what she preaches for me and the attendees.

Beautiful hotel. Beds are AMAZING! Best sleep ever. Friendliest front desk staff. Especially Michael, he is amazing and provides the best customer service and is very welcoming. He makes me feel very comfortable during my stays. I have made my way up to Hilton Honors Gold Member at this hotel. Now...the restaurant...overall good, except, one time I ordered the fish n chips and it was very VERY soggy. I dont even think it was fully cooked. Or maybe it was the last fish at the bottom of the bag, IDK. But i was actually offended that they even brought that out like that. I dont eat there anymore. Sheridan the waitress is amazing tho.

Really convenient and well appointed hotel...., but..., $15/day for wifi connection?!! How out of date is that?! No charge for wifi if you join their hotel membership, book directly through Hilton, instead of through a third party, such as Expedia, and are willing to pay full rack rates. No breakfast either...., electric charge ports on the base of table lamps mostly do not work. Youre issued a metal key upon arrival to unlock the refrigerator. Bottled Costco water is $3 bucks each in the refrigerator. Hotel chain owner, lil Mitt Romney, needs a customer service refresher course.

I was assigned a king size bed and the room was really good. They do charge you for water bottles meaning the ones that are kept in room are not complementary. The location of the hotel is great as there are tons of eateries and coffee shops nearby. All in all, I was satisfied with the stay. One thing though, the shower in the bathroom is terrible. You cant expect mildly hot water coming out at a reasonable speed. Water pressure literally hurts you if you try to adjust to a moderate temperature. Pressure is bearable if you adjust the shower know to extremely cold or extremely hot.

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, the location is also very prime and close to many shops and restaurants. Though, most of the electrical outlets are in poor condition, my whole room was a little wonky, electrically speaking. When I turned the heater on, some lights would flicker between temperature changes. Some outlets were broken but semi-functional. And, lamps with dimmers did not dim. Still, overall my stay was acceptable and I was comfortable the entire time. (Except for the whole heater thing)

El hotel está localizado cercas de mercados y restaurantes. La entrada queda un poco escondido pero hay bastante de estacionamiento. El cuarto no es nada especial si están acostumbrado en hoteles. Lo peor del hotel fue que el WiFi no es gratis.

The hotel is situated off quite a main road but its not a busy road the hotel is quite hard to miss its hidden behind the Park View restaurant. Its extremely near Apple headquarters as well as a very nice Westfield shopping centre its also within very close distance to San Francisco as well as highway one. The hotel Beau Boutique is quite basic theres no concierge the rooms look quite dated, no Spa no swimming pool its obviously a business Hotel.

Service was terrible. One waiter served us and gave him coupon for the breakfast today. We ordered coffee and tea, but he brought them without no milk and sugar, after that nobody shown up to get orders for us for almost 30min. Crazy service!! While being frustrated, we called them many times, still no show. Taking more than 1hour eating breakfast, the bill did not reflect on that coupon. Everything was so terrible!!

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was ample parking. Liked the complimentary wine in the evenings. We got the breakfast package, where you get $36 credit for breakfast for two. Found the restaurant to be a bit pricey - regular coffee was $4! Other than that, we liked the place, and will definitely stay here again.

The location is wonderful, steps from local shops and restaurants. The close proximity to so many leading technology companies is also a plus. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The service was impeccable and at times, above and beyond. The complimentary wine service is a welcome relaxation at the end of a long day.

Juniper Hotel Cupertino offers a fantastic stay away from home for the busy silicon valley lifestyle. The staff is accommodating and the hotel is mostly updated with some small dated areas. The fitness center is in great shape which is important to me. Also the on site restaurant is prompt and tastes great.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. There is free Wi-Fi. All of those thibgs make this hotel a very good place to stay, not to mention the free parking garage. However, their restaurant is highly expensive and not only do they have a short menu, the menu lacks anything truly appetizing.

The service, cleanliness, and amenities of this hotel were stellar! We cant wait for another reason to stay here. We would rather travel farther to a Bay Area destination and stay here, than be conveniently located! If our business takes us to a location farther from the Juniper then so be it!

We stayed in the cheapest room and it was the best cheap room I have stayed in. The hotel is clean and stylish with inviting spaces. This would be an ideal hotel to take meetings in the lower floors. Its location to Apple and the rest of the surrounding tech campuses makes it a great choice.
