I will trade-in my Wife for this place! Yeah, its that good. Just when you think The Bruery has peaked, then they come out with Frucht: Cherry & Orange, Frucht: Cherry & Lemon both Oak Foeder-aged Berliner Weisse, ABV 4.4%. Dont leave wothout trying their Muspalus, Oak-aged Sour blonde with loquats, ABV 5.64%; Ghost Brett Saison, blended with Fourdre-aged Sour, ABV 6.7; and Cordial BBLS, BBA Stout blend with Sour Stout and Cacao nibs, cherry and vanilla, ABV 12.3%.

Beautiful, spacious tasting room with a big patio equipped with misters and heaters. 48 taps and a wide selection of bottles ranging from sour to bourbon barrel aged. Definitely a must visit brewery for any beer fan who finds themselves in Orange County. No kitchen but they have food trucks most days and you can bring your own food.

Yes - almost all Sours - but a much broader spectrum than the other sour locations in LA/OC. Also a complimentary/contrast to The Bruery proper - w/all the sweet/boozy beers - not a criticism. But bring a friend and share a flight at each for good balance. Plus staff is excellent here.

One of the nicest tasting rooms anywhere plus an outdoor patio bigger than the tasting room itself. Food trucks are available and a chill California vibe. If youre not aware they specialize in barrel aged sour beer and the quality level is off the charts. Dont pass this place up.

If youre a fan of funky, sour beers this is the place for you. They offer a ton of beers on an ever changing menu. Theres always a food truck outside to keep you fed. This place is a good alternative to the The Bruery if its packed, as it usually has ample seating.

This is their new location; they recently open, around 6 months ago, and its as good as the original location. They have a big patio, where you can enjoy a great beer and nice weather.

When you thought it couldnt get any better. The expansion has been a great way to premier more of the Bruery brand. A great place that I plan to frequent often.

It is a good facility, I just wish that it were farther away from the Bruerys original location. Overall, not impressed.
