They are super incompetent. Worst place I have ever been to. Placed an order to go via phone, went to pick it up the cashier charges me without even telling me that the order was not even made. I was told to sit and wait. After 15 minutes I ask were my order that I placed over the phone 45 minutes ago was. They asked the cooks and they had no idea they had not even started to make it. I asked my was I not told that my meals I ordered 1 hour ago wasnt really and why have I been waiting over 30 minutes here and no one has had even the courtesy to check on my damn order. No one had any answers and shocker there was no manager available. I requested my refund back ASAP and requested to Manager/Owner call me so I could inform them of what happened. NO one ever called or gave crap. I never received an apology. Horrible place!!!!!!!! They dont care about their customers one bit, I will never give them my hard earned money again. FYI I had to call back because they never gave me my refund I had to call to see why the hell they cant even do that correctly. Again no apologies. Stay away. This happened to us a few months ago.

Met up with friends for dinner and drinks at Ziggys! There was a large group of us and were very pleased with the service and the amazing food here! Each of us had something different from the menu.. chicken piccata, pizzas, linguini with clams, angel hair with shrimp, salads etc... and they were all amazing! Highly recommended! After dinner it was really fun to move on next door to their lounge area for drinks. This place is a true gem in the N. Central Phoenix area!

My fiancé and I live in New York and visited my sister, brother in law and nephew. We ate out every night but this place was amazing hands down. So many dishes to choice from everything was great!!! Not one thing to complain about. After dinner we went to the lounge area for some drinks good music and dancing, we had a blast. I wish this place was in New York!!! The owner and wife are so pleasant and sweet, good hearted people!!!!!!

The food is what you come here for! The owner is wonderful. The staff was very team oriented. Although they were understaffed when I was there, but i cant stop thinking about my meal. We had a table of 4 and the food was perfect! Cant wait to return and try again with a full staff. To the owner: If youre reading this, I was the guy that ordered a dirty martini. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Took my dad while he was visiting and Ziggys Did not disappoint. We had Eggplant Parmigiana and Lasagna and it was wonderful. Dylan was our server and he rocked! Overall a wonderful dining experience in a great atmosphere. If you are from the Cincy/Northern KY area this is your LaRosas or Pompilios equal. Enjoy this place!!

I love this place so much every time. My boyfriend and I frequent this place you date night and it has a great ambiance and a live band most times. This food is incredible, the fried calamari is kill! They also have a wonderful home made bread with a basil butter . I definitely recommend this place!

Service SLOW. Tables that came in after ours were served the same appetizer ahead of us. Mussels smallest Ive ever had. Needed more food under all the cheese. Did like the atmosphere.
