This local tasting room is amazing! There are so many wines to choose from; you will DEFINITELY find one you absolutely LOVE! Monday-Wednesday they are open for bottle sales ONLY, however you CAN purchase a bottle of wine and drink it there with a companion or group. Thursday-Saturday, they are open for tastings AND bottle sales from 2pm to 8pm, and on Sunday they have tastings and bottle sales from 2pm to 6pm. They do not sell food at the tasting room, but they occasionally have food trucks for events/special evenings (and you are permitted to bring in your own food whenever you like). This is also a Paint Nite Phoenix location - they have several events every month. Its really awesome, because they reserve the upstairs loft exclusively for the Paint Nite events (and you can rent the loft space for your own events, too, like birthdays or board meetings), so it is a very fun and intimate environment. The winemakers are a wonderful married couple, and you can find them serving at the tasting room every weekend. They give fantastic service; each tasting is personalized and you really get to know them and their wines. They are extremely knowledgeable and informative while simultaneously being fun and entertaining! DEFINITELY worth a visit or three! :)

A friend and I had some time to burn before our movie, so found Winery 101 on the list of places to see in Peoria! Reuben was our server, and we couldnt have been more blessed! He is studying at vintners school, as he plans to have his own vineyard one day! He knows wine, and can point you to a great one!! We were amateurs, but he was very gracious! Amazing cheese & meats tray, too!! Really great place to spend some time with friends, and make a new one!! Becky & Sandra

My boyfriend and I came here during our visit to Phoenix and loved it! Vince was very helpful and gave us a great overview of the offered wines and background on the grape growing process in Arizona. The inside is very cute and cafe like. The upstairs event space seemed like it would be perfect for small parties and group celebrations. I will definitely be coming back next time Im in Phoenix!

Friendly, knowledgeable server. Friendly vibr They partner with Paint Nite often. Had a class going upstairs when we came in. Wine selections were really nice. Did red flights. Enjoyed the Cab very much. Petite Syrah was excellent. Im usially a Zin girl, so that was a surprise. Will definitely come back.

Just visited Winery 101 for a paint nite and it was great! The girls are super sweet and really good at suggesting wines for first time visitors. I love the environment and the upstairs loft is perfect for private events. Not to mention, the wine is spectacular! I will definitely be back!

Local wines. Knowledgeable staff; we had Ruben, and he took the time to point out on google maps where each of their grapes are grown. Try their tastings... @ $10 for 5, 1oz pours (red, white and sweet flights) its a good deal.

Wonderful atmosphere. Gavin & Irlyn and Ruben are wonderful hosts. Music on Sat nights, peaceful on Fridays.. We love the time we spend here. And the Poolside Pink is delish.
