Wow the Raven at Verrado is truly a great golf experience from the moment you drive up you are greeted by a professional service person. Walked into the pro-shop everyone was nice and outgoing and treated me like a long lost friend asked me if I had played there before and welcomed me and explained everything really well to us. The driving range is absolutely huge and very nice and the putting green is nice and ample size. The golf course is truly a nice layout and plays very fairly. There are a lot of bunkers which if you somehow managed to not hit it in one would be amazing. The greens are fairly sized and don’t have too much break in them which was nice. Also the think I really liked is that the par 3’s were pretty and nice and actually shorter. I mean how many par 3s can you play that are 200+ these were nice and shorter which was good to see. Overall the course was in excellent shape everything was manicured to tenth degree. I have never seen my ball sit so nicely everywhere on the golf course heck even in the bunkers. You couldn’t get a bad lie at this golf course if you tried. Also 39 dollars for 18 holes at this golf course is truly an excellent deal. On a scale out of 10 I rate this course and experience a 10. If you go play this course you will not be disappointed I promise you that.

Terrible. I highly do not recommend having your wedding here. There are at least 20 things that went wrong at the wedding and I still have not complained about them because I feel like an apology will not be said and Verrado Golf Club has not reached out to us about our experience there. It shows how there management is run & how unprofessional it is. I am now writing this review because the wedding coordinator (Karie) has talked to multiple people about our wedding to close friends of ours. We spent thousands of $$$ there and it is not worth your time. It is beautiful at sunset & the ceremony was great but everything after that went downhill.. Karie left early not even finishing what was left of the contract that was signed. As the bride and my husband being busy we didnt get to try the cake because we were picking up the pieces of the rest of the celebration. At the end of the night I asked the staff can I take the rest of the cake home (which there was more than 2 tiers left of the cake), they said, "we threw it away". Our families and myself were flabbergasted on that response because of how unprofessional and insincere it was. Save yourself from having your wedding here.

We played this course on 10/5/11. We had one of the best golf outing ever. We played expensive courses around the States and this ranked right up there. The course was beautiful and condition was great for this time of the year (no brown dirt patches like other courses). The majority of the holes have excellent scenery. On par 5s, you can gun for it if you feel brave. We love that you can pull out the 3 wood even after a good driver. The course plays very fair. Service was excellent at the golf shop, starter, and restaurant. Definitely pay the extra $15 to get the "member for a day" package. You get to replay for $15 cart fee, up to $14 credit for lunch at their grill, and a snack + 1 non-alcoholic drink on the course. The grill is beautiful and the food was delicious. I will bring my family there just for lunch. We loved it so much this is now our home course for AZ. Between Las Sendas, Golf Club of Estrella, We Ko Pa and Verrado, we put Verrado as #1.

The course is the best Ive played in Arizona. The desert in Arizona makes certain parts of course maintenance difficult (and others easy), but the Raven does a high-quality job of keeping the grass well taken care of. The setting in the White Tank mountains is very, very nice. Im not a great golfer, although I drive long, and this course is great for that type of play - long with moderately wide fairways, and enough technical challenges to keep you interested for repeat play. Pricing in the prime months of the year isnt cheap, but its competitive for a course of this quality (esp. for someone who grew up playing in NY and New England). I can imagine that the location is a bit of a hike for many folks in the Valley, but I actually live in Verrado, so thats certainly not an inconvenience for me.

Played Verrado in February and had the best experience on a golf course (except maybe for the score), its a challenging course, well kept, beautiful desert scenery and views of the valley - you can see all the way to Phoenix. Greens were tournament speed and smooth. Fairways were plushed and manicured. Water and ice available: do not underestimate playing 4.5 hrs in the desert. Definitely coming back to play in the wintertime. The staff and the facilities were great, including the driving range.

This course is hands down the best keep public course Ive played in Arizona. I bought this online and forgot to check the driving distance from Mesa to Buckeye. Im super impressed on how the greens were, they were so ture even in the rain. The sand traps were great also, they had sand in them and no pooling from the rain. This course must have spent millions on drainage Ive been telling my buddies if your staying west of Phoenix, its a must play. I will be back 100%

Played 28th May 2016, and it was very good. Fee was very cheap (30-ish bucks at dusk rate) and cannot blame it. Scenery was magnificently wild and beautiful. Layout itself is quite wide open & long ahead which will be good fit for bomber guy (long hitter). Also many up & down there. Green condition was also well maintained and speed was very fast. Clubhouse is also gorgeous and very nice to chill out at the patio when you holed out.

Beautiful 18 hole golf course nestled by the White Tank Mountains in Buckeye, AZ. The course is challenging and well maintained. The course features breathtaking views of the Sonoran Desert and mountain landscapes. The Verrado Golf Club has a quaint golf pro shop and an elegant restaurant where one can sit on the outside patio to enjoy a nice meal while enjoying such beautiful views.

Bester Golfplatz den ich der West-Valley gefunden habe. Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und der Platz ist zwar schwierig zu spielen macht aber unheimlich viel Spass! Komme immer wieder gerne.

The views are great, the fairways unique and wide open. The only thing missing are cups with the water jugs on the course. The bathrooms had running water, a plus! I have been to really nice courses and the restrooms just have hand sanitizer. Blah. I would definately go again.
