Chat Conversation Start 11:04AM I booked a party for my sons birthday this past weekend at the Lynnhaven Bounce House and I was extremely disappointed, angered even, by the quality of customer service at this location. Id had my husband call the venue an hour before we arrived to verify the party and gather information. He let them know wed ordered pizza to be dropped off there at the time the party began. When we arrived, the employees sent us to the wrong private room where a party was already in progress. We returned tot he desk to inform them and they sent us to a vacant room that had an incorrect number of place settings out for the party we had booked. There were too few. They brought in more settings but continued sending people to the wrong room for a while. That eventually got straitened out when I sent my husband up there again but then I noticed the pizza had not arrived. I asked at the desk what had happened to it and they informed me they didnt know where it was supposed to go so they sent it away!!! Common sense would dictate they ask for the name on the order and compare it to private parties they had booked, even if I hadnt contacted them prior to its arrival to let them know it was expected. I had to call the pizza place and have them bring back my then room temperature pizza so I could feed the party that I had booked for a lunch hour time frame. Needless to say I was very angry at this point and let them know about it. About half way through the party someone eventually came back to check on us and offered me a couple of free admission tickets for my trouble but honestly, I feel like the entire situation was very poorly handled. I cant say I would favorably recommend to any of my friends with children that they attempt to host a party there. Its sad too because the children did have fun once everything got sorted out. These were absurd errors that could have been avoided with a little communication among the employees and a little common sense.

The experience was a 5, but with mixed feelings. The area is split into 3 areas. The main area, a eating area for parties and then on the other side of that is another bouncy house area. Not that its very labeled clearly, I went back there through an empty eating area and saw like 2 kids bouncing in one of the 7 houses in the back. Some mom, (whom I guess thought she worked there) had no reluctance in telling me that this was a private area and I didnt deserve to be there. (not the businesses fault but a little definition of the areas wouldve been helpful). other than that, they did sell pretty much junk food and little quarter machines surrounded the area. The 3 and under area had no supervision of the employees as for older kids, (parents should be doing that to begin with) and I did watch as a toddler bolt slowly..clumsily.. toward the door,..right past the main host who had her nose in the phone.. I shouted out something incoherent and woke her from the daze and she stopped the kid.. but again, the door is not a straight shot to get too from the play area and the parent shouldve been watching the kid, not the employee. anyway.. fun time though. I didnt see the big pirate ship they have on the main page though.

Pretty nice. Good price. They have 2 large bouncers for under 3. I just wish they had a separate room/blocked off area for under 3 and crawlers. The bigger kids still run through the area and get into some of the under 3 stuff and they are a bit to rambunctious for the little ones. Overall great place to come on a rainy day. Make sure to bring socks for kids and parents. Also they dont allow any outside food or drink (other than parties) so make sure you eat prior to coming. They offer food but mainly junk food hotdogs, chips, soda etc. No healthy food options.

Bounce house is filthy. very unsanitary and the employees are very rude.This place is very small compared to the other place on dean drive. I would not recommend eating in their snack bar as it seems dingy and small even my son did not like their funnel cake. i WONT recommend nor WILL NEVER go back there. Check BOUNCEEEZ on Dean drive they are a lot cleaner and bigger and family oriented place .

This place is very filthy. It looks as if they never clean the floors, and the toys and bouncers are discolored from all of the human oils that seem to not get cleaned off. It also smells like dirty feet. I could not believe all the dirt on the floor in the party room when we arrived for a friends party. I was very displeased with my visit here. I wont even discuss the restrooms!

Although the price was cheap i really wish adults were allowed on the inflatables as well my child is conjoined to my hip literally due to a default in my pregnancy so it made it hard me hanging off and him trying to jump.. It blocked the passage way for kids trying to get through

We had our sons birthday party at the Bounce House last night. We loved the private party room that had bouncers just for the party kids. Very clean, attentive and helpful party hosts and employees. The kids had a blast and we will be back!! Thank you!

Big bounce house. A lot of equipment for the kids to play on. Was a little busy the day we went. And lost two stars because the employee working was very rude to my wife and I.

they make you sign a contract so if something happens to your child your not gonna sue them......when i refused to sign it they said i could not come in hahahahaha......

Very clean and well kept. We went for a friends birthday party. Suppose to have the room until 3:50 and were kicked out at 3:20. They need new watches!

The private suites are great. Staff was great. A child gate at the front of the store might offer some peace of mind.
