Meh. So we drove over an hour to come here. It was a rainy day and we were looking to do something fun for my sons birthday (zoo was out of the question due to weather). The prices werent bad compared to other places like this. However, we were not impressed with the amount of money spent and time spent to get there. First bad impression was the customer service, primarily at the concession when we were ordering pizza. They just werent friendly at all, and when the order was up, we had attitude about needing the basics - plates, cups, things like that, that were not within a customers reach. After spending well over $100 and the redemption ticket counter was not in service, we could not work out a deal. Now I dont expect free things and I also understand that system/technical glitches are not their fault, but as a business these are things that you need to prepare for; as well as prepare to make it right with disgruntled customers. I just proposed a couple cotton candy bags for my kids and call it even, but that wouldnt fly. So after we left, we went to the Dollar Tree and got $1 buckets of cotton candy. See my point? We saved the ticket cards, but seeing how our first experience wasnt great and we dont live close by, we will probably never get to redeem those tickets. A lot of the games were out of service too. I didnt find the place very clean... there was lots of trash and dust. Despite all of that, when my daughter asked for another round and our cash limit was spent, I would have been willing to go a tad over the limit but I didnt want to invest another penny. And final but most important complaint, in between two games (by the laser tag) was a bunch of hanging wires and outlets. It was not covered and no efforts were made to do so. I mean, it was a bunch just hanging. My two year old was in between the two games and hanging from the wires so fast, even though she was maybe two steps in front of me. I got her off as quickly as she got on, but seeing that this place is flooding with kids, I really hope they make every effort to fix this issue before someone gets hurt. Im pretty sure this breaks a ton of safety codes? This place has a ton of potential and better management would bring this place to life. I hope to see it improve. To add, I do like all of the activities they have to offer and despite it all, my kids still had fun. So in that sense, money was well spent.

This place was horrible! I book 2 VIP lanes for my husbands birthday, and had about 12 people come. First, the lanes kept freezing and we had to keep going to the front desk, stand in line, and ask them to reset it at least three times. Next, when we tried to get drinks we had to walk upstairs, even though there is a bar in the VIP section. A bartender never came in there, all the lanes were full, and we asked a few "managers" to get someone in there. Next, the bathrooms were GROSS!! Kids where running in and out of the stalls, and one of the toliets was clogged with all kinds of nasty stuff. Finally, I stood in line for about 35 minutes to order food for us, and once I finally got up there I order 1 large pepperoni pizza, chilli cheese fries, and mozzerella sticks. Nothing hard or out of the ordinary; however, after 1 hour and 15 minutes later (half the party had already left) I still had not recieved what I ordered, nor could they even tell me why it was taking so long. They tried to give me other food, but I refused it, and asked for a "manager." When I think of a "manager" I think of an adult to handle adult problems. The person that walked up could not have been older than 16 years old. All she kept saying was that I must not have heard my number called, and it wasnt her fault I did not get my food. I asked for a refund, and since I did not have my reciept anymore, she refused to give me anything. I will never go back here!

Terrible! First of all, so many things were not even in service. My next complaint would be customer service! The guy at the counter was on his cell phone texting away, smiling and laughing when I asked him a question and waited for his reply..... and waited.... and waited until he finished his conversation and then he looked up and finally replied but never said, "Ill be with you in a moment" or anything! He literally ignored me to finish his convo! Next complaint is that our bowling game stopped right in the middle of a game - literally - it just shut off! The not so helpful guy at the counter (still on his phone) told me it was because I needed to pay for more games! Why the hell wouldnt it have ended at the end of my last purchased game? I paid for 6 games and we bowled 4 and a half!!!!! Next complaint is the filthy, disgusting, stinky bathrooms! Seriously there was pee everywhere! Last complaint is that I purchased lazer tag rounds for my boys (I told guy on cell phone they were ready to play) and they waited by the door to get in for over 10 minutes with me reminding him twice! They werent even busy!!!!! He was too busy playing on his phone to be worried about customer service!!! Thoroughly disappointed! I never write reviews but this place was so terrible that I would love to save someone the money and the disappointment from going to this place!

First of all I have never written a bad review about any company,but I feel I have been lied to and been treated so badly by this company I need to let people know. I took my nephew to Holders last Saturday. I got 2 arcade cards with 50 dollars a piece on them so 100 dollars used the kiosk to do this. We played a couple of games I decided to check my debit card account apparently Holders took 300 dollars out of my account. First thing I did was go to the manager she tells me I must have put in my wrong zip code on the kiosk thats why it put a 300 dollar hold on my account and my money would go back on there in 72 hours. Well Im not a rich person 200 extra dollars is ALOT to me its not like its 10 or 20 so I suck it up and stay so my nephew could have fun. Called middle of the week the bank and Holders talked to Barbara who informed me there would be 72 hour hold like the other lady . Well after 72 hours still my money was on hold now Im in 7 days later and guess what still waiting on my money that was never theres in the first place to take outta my account. To me that is no different then stealing. Do not trust Holder Family Fun Center at all I will never step in there building again for anything. Customers beware! !!!!!

Talk about no flexibility even when you tell them youre going to spend even more money at their place. I understand a non-refundable deposit, but come on. I went there to reserve the night before I requested to cancel and they couldnt even apply the non-refundable deposit to something else that I was going to do on the same day. I didnt want a refund. All I wanted was it to be applied to something else we were going to do that day. They made all the excuses why they couldnt. Terrible customer service. Then threatened to take me to court for $25 if I cancelled the payment on my credit card. Can I say terrible customer service? They are not there to please or work for their customers. They are only there to make money, but with out customers there is no money coming in. I hope you read this and dont go and tell your friends too. Do you want to financially support people who dont care a bit about their customers. Like the other person, if I can give zero. I would. Go to Family Fun Center. They were flexible with their customers. Dont go to Holders!
