Course is in bad condition. Do not waste your money playing here. Not much grass on the T boxes, Fairway grass is too high, and most of the greens are in bad shape. Just because its a cheap par 3 course is not an excuse. Cape May Par 3 in South Jersey is another par 3 course with a similar price which is in great condition.

Conditions on this course can vary from, not good, to awful. No real fairways, green condition depends on recent rainfall amounts. That being said, I do return from time to time to hit a bucket of balls and walk the short hilly nine holes for practice. A couple of holes are interesting and challenging.

Is it the ideal course for weekend round...not really. I definitely wouldnt call home about it. However its a clean and very-walkable course. Not to mention its a cheap public course thats close by, for locals, when youre trying to get out at lunch or after work on a weekday for a bit.

This course and driving range is run down and way overpriced. The driving range balls are very old and some have their dimples worn out. They use discarded balls from other driving ranges. The course is always in poor condition.

Local joke. The bar for how low a course can get. Would be acceptable for $8 a round, but $20+ is crazy. 9 holes with nothing positive on any of them. Worst imaginable conditions for a golf course.

Tee boxes are 50% compacted dirt 50% crab grass. Fairways are so so. Greens are in pretty decent condition though. If youre looking for a cheap place to play it gets the job done.

This is a good course to get started on. Good practice green. Driving range is good for people who need to groove their swing. Friendly management is very helpful for beginners.
