Really unhappy with my experience this year. I go to Valley of Fear every year and usually have a really fun time. While the haunts are not always terrifying they are still very enjoyable. This year not so much. While the underworld forest walk and zombie maze were the highlights of the night they were very underwhelming after the horrible experience we had on the hayride. As we reached the end of the line my boyfriend and I were greeted by the rides attendant who was very friendly. We asked him if we could ride the next ride as the current was overfilled and no seats remained on the edge. He stated we could but then we were told immediately by another attendant who told us we had to get on the current hayride and sit in the middle. For $61 on a very slow night I am extremely pissed at their customer service. I then approached the ticket booth and shared my disappointment with my experience where I was turned away stating that I could not be refunded but I could only ride the hayride again. Having already been forced to ride I turned away from the offer because the thrill of the ride would be gone. I stated I would go home disappointed and was replied to with an unapologetic sorry. Fight for your right to sit on the edge. Sorry for the long post just had to share my feelings. Overpriced and underwhelming. -Natalie (Another Unhappy Customer)

Been to a bunch of haunted attractions this year and this was by far the worst. There was nothing scary here at all unless youre absolutely terrified of clowns. Hayride - boring, zombie paintball - waste of money, and while the other 2 attractions are slightly better, theyre also very short, and just overall not scary. Thankfully I came on a Sunday and didnt have to wait in much of a line or I would be livid. Literally go anywhere but here during the Halloween season if youre looking for a good scare. (Eastern State was very good, Pennhurst is also very good - however both of these have extremely long lines so I recommend getting VIP passes. Otherwise, Field of Terror in NJ is decent, as well as Nightmare at Gravity Hill in NJ.)

It was neat. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into designing it but the execution is just okay. Only did the haunted hayride and paintball.....the other attractions might be better......and the one zombie chick was way out of line and broke the whole no touching rule even after she was reminded.....but the hayride was pretty cool....have to try the others next time

Not worth the 45$ spent. Its like they were short staff or something. The paint ball is a one two three thing. Im easy to scream or Jump and I didnt jump not one time. ive been to better. I guess i would be a nice place to take little kids. Other than that I wouldnt recommend at all.

Hayride was ok, the haunts were a joke. Also, you cant claim to have the "deepest, darkest woods" when I can see the neighborhoods surrounding the location backyard patio lighting for half of the hayride. Way too expensive for the quality offered.

I have been coming here since i was 4 years old with my family and it has become a family tradition, to come to the Valley of Fear every year! Great place and we look forward to it all the time! love the zombie maze! my favorite!

I gave this place a 3 because the best part was the hayride. Other then that its a place with a bunch of high school students running around in black robes/hoodies scaring ppl. Wouldnt go back.

Not worth $40, more funny then scary tbh and short of staff. Couldve been way better but not scary at all, not worth the price

Good fun. It was not very scary but it was great fun. The night i went featured a clown theme. It was extremely entertaining.

My family and I loved it! Funny, scary, and entertaining. Great makeup jobs and really like that the actors dont touch you.

A wonderful haunted attraction that is well priced. The funnel cakes are delicious, as well as the fried Oreos!!!
