The theater is part of the AMC chain, which is a significant player in the entertainment industry. Despite its generally clean facilities and diverse movie options, the theater has room for improvement in customer service and pricing, as indicated by customer reviews.

I went to a movie with my family. Along the way I stopped and got a coffee. The girl collecting tickets said that I could not come in the theatre with my $4 cup of coffee. I told her that I fully intended to purchase popcorn, soda, candy the works for everyone at the movie and that she could watch me to make sure. She stood her ground beating to the drum of corporate brainwashing and cool-aid drinking. The movie was starting in a few minutes, which meant I would have to throw my coffee out! She looked at me like I was the crook and the criminal, but I was not trying to hide or sneak the cup of coffee into the theatre. I really never imagined that this would be an issue. I further pleaded with the attendant to let me have my coffee and again reiterated that I fully intended to purchase concessions. In other words, the theatre could still rip me off with their, terrible service, rotten watered down sodas, burnt stale miserable popcorn, and a teeny tiny bags of $10 candy! Further, the ticket attendant would still make her slave wages and the executives making pricing decisions in corporate would still have their millions in bonuses to buy yachts and other things they dont really need! All would be right with the world with big corporations continuing to exploit and rip off everyone. She stood her ground head bobbling side to side and arms crossed! I asked to speak to a manager (Ed) spelled E and D as he said mocking me and not caring whatsoever about my problem or that I was a paying customer that was about to drop about $40+ on a matinee. He clearly had a customer is always wrong attitude and his assignment of manager speaks volumes about AMC. I decided to get a refund and go see the movie at the theatre in Oxford Valley. (Better seating much cleaner better service but just as much as a rip-off for concessions and tickets). The employees and service at AMC is just plain terrible and the executives running things and making their "employees" peddle ridiculously expensive burnt popcorn and watered sodas should be ashamed of themselves!

About 6 years ago my husband and I had an incident where there was a mouse or rat I dont know, it was on my arm and then ran accross my husbands feet, we immediately left and the girl was looking at at us like we were lying but refunded our ticket money. I didnt go back for years, I know all movie theaters have probably have mice I just dont want them on me. Its the best theater in the neighborhood, I wont go to ghetto franklin mills, I do like Woodhaven. They do need to lower their prices that is why im writing this review. I just purchased 2 tickets online for American Sniper in Imax, I understand Imax is more expensive but wow, $16.79 a ticket. The only reason I bought them is because we had a giftcard. I will not be paying money for Imax anymore.

I dont make frequent trips to the theater like I used to, mainly because of the outrageous prices. I also was under the assumption that you could now bring your own candy. Ive never been stopped before. So here I am with my 3 1/2 year old son on Veterans Day (I am a Veteran). I was taking him to the movies for the very first time. The movie was scheduled to start at 1:00 pm. Not only do they have the audacity to charge me 12 bucks for a childs ticket, I was also told that we could not bring in our two small bags of candy. AMC has got to lower their prices and revise their policies. Not all of us are able and willing to spend $25-$45 dollars just to see one movie. Not if they want us coming back. Until then, Im sticking with Netflix,

Only theater I take my close ones too ( Franklin Mills is dirty & semi-ghetto, Riverview in South Philly is dangerous & super-ghetto, Grant Plaza is creepy quiet/depressing/old people attraction), so by process of elimination this is the best theater for me within the radius. Not the best due to some people that go there...annoying spoon-fed-semi preepy-teenagers that give a trashy impression but not really in social class since it is a good neighborhood I guess...but for those that comment on how it ruins Bensalem...guess what these teens are from Bensalem (Majority of them). Overall good theater, if you want a peaceful time go on a regular weekday, otherwise the weekend will annoy the heck out of you will the young kids.

Re: Frankenstein, Miller as Monster. 10/29/2014. The play was excellent. However the projectionist, somehow, failed to show the first 10 minutes or so of the play. That 10 minutes sets the stage for the e entire play, it is essential. We were very disappointed. At times there was voice only with no picture, then a Dish TV splash screen , then pop music tracks. It was if the operator/projectionist had no clue as to how to start the play. This foul up ruined an other wise enjoyable evening. At $20.00 per ticket, this is unacceptable. We will be reluctant to attend an AMC theater in the future because to this experience. We paid a premium price and expected premium service.

This place was a waste of time. I got there for a 12:30 showing on Sunday and the bar was closed. They said it wouldnt open until 4. I went there specifically to have a drink and see a movie. I requested a refund in protest of the bar closed. Although they did honor giving a refund, it took forever for them to process the refund and there was no apology for the slow service. I looked at the prices for the concession stand and even though I do understand prices are higher at a movie theatre, the prices were still too high with that in mind. Avoid this Theater and go to another AMC that is smaller and doesnt have BS hours for their bars.

Management is terrible. I went to an 11pm movie which cost $36 for two people. The movie theatre wasnt cleaned. At 11:15 the movie or previews hadnt started. I went to talk to the manager and she said theyre working on it. About another 10 minutes later the movie never came on and nothing was said to the customers. I went out again and she came in and made an announcement. We did get our money back and tickets to come back. I feel as though the customers should have been told at 11pm that they were having technical difficulties. If I hadnt went out and complained, what time would you have made an announcement????

The AMC Neshaminy 24 is a very clean, well kept and up to date movie theater. The bathrooms couldnt be cleaner. I went to see the Purge:Anarchy with a friend recently and we go often. Some of the comments people are posting are either lies or the author has never been to the AMC Neshaminy. Again, very clean! Staff is very helpful. Bathrooms are completely sanitized and clean of liter. The movie theater itself if very comfortable and clean. Complaints. Why do adults bring children to R rated movies? The price of the snacks are way too high. All in all, it it top notch.

Great theater, less of the ghetto "urban" element than the surrounding theaters. Probably because they always have a cop on duty and the type of person who generally takes mass transit or has rims on their ride and wears their pants around their butt are scared of police. So, unless one of their movies (Such as Madea Findses Hers A New Baby Daddys) comes out, the theatre is generally clean and free of trash. The only downside is the amount of Patels in the area so theyre starting to show Bollywood Movies.
