If I could I would give it negative stars. My family purchased a plot which could be later used to bury a second body. When I called to get the information on this I was told that to just open the grave and put in that second body it would be about $3500.00. This was just to open the grave and was above the cost of the funeral services. This is outrageous, when we first bought the original plot here we were all very upset. This business takes advantage of the familys state of mind and only sees the $$$ that the company will be making on the funeral. Very upsetting, we are now left with the only option to go elsewhere and not have my parents together like we had originally planned. So shortly after my post I see a responds from the owner with instructions to contact them at a provided link. When I do it get a message saying that this does not exist. That is what I call customer service!!!!!!
