The park meets basic needs but... "Right hand, hello, Id like you to meet left hand..." I made reservations, confirmed them the day before and said Id be there by 9am. "No problem, someone will be there." Arrived at 920 on the way to pick up guests at the airport and was told, rather sternly, that, "Check in time isnt until 3pm!) Time was a growing concern so I asked if I might park my 40 foot Monaco somewhere in the park, noting acres of empty sites, and check in later? "No!" So I had to take my coach to Wal Mart, quite a distance away and leave it while we drove to the airport, 50 miles away to pick up the first of the guests for a family wedding! I really never saw anything in any of the information available to me regarding a check in time, and this whole incident created a huge inconvenience. I have had my coach in the park at least two other times and have arranged twice for friends to stay there. Everyone has remarked on the poor quality of the wifi, too. That was a minor inconvenience compared to this officious staff member. I was not amused.

I will never stay there, they are to most unfriendly managers I have ever met. I called way in advance to be sure I would have no problem getting in but could not make a firm reservation because, I want not sure of the date within one day of arrival. The person I spoke to told me there was no problem, they had plenty of spaces !!! When I got there, they told me it was sold out !! one group had taken over the entire Park, they did not keep any open for a situation like this or any other situation, knowing they were new managers ! As it turned out they said that they were new and I had not spoken to them, therefore the did not have to honer my staying there and had no alternative place to send me to and didnt care at all what a great inconvenience this was to me, I had was there for very important reasons, not for fun and had appointments later that day. As I said they could care less and were rude and totally un helpful and bad managers, or they would have has some emergency spaces, all I needed was electric !!

Park is nice, quiet, staff is friendly. Wifi is a real issue, so frustrating when your Internet fails while working on the road. Reliable Wifi is one of the more important factors in selecting where to stay. Ill return to this park only when the Wifi is improved to some reasonable level of reliability.

Way too expensive. Wifi never works. They want 585 a month for 2 people and then they want 25 extra for each person, max of 4. You cant stay more than 8 weeks before they boot you out. You have to stay away for a month before you can come back. Its a pathetic joke. Stay away
