Grew up down the street from here on Denver Rd, went to Manuel Jara elementary and J.P. Elder, then moved, but now I stay nearby again and I go there about 3-5 times a week. GREAT staff. VERY helpful. They show a lot of love to the kids, and thats a good thing because this neighborhood has gangs and drugs. They do a LOT of stuff for the kids. Its a GREAT place to take your kid(s) if you live nearby and you want them to go down the right path. Been going here since I was 8, Im now 22. So I know a LOT about it. Ive seen it all. They have a computer room, weight room, dance classes, vacation camps and other programs for kids, G.E.D. classes, a HUGE soccer field, baseball field, park, pavilion with a BBQ grill, tennis court, outside/inside basketball court. Its really a great place to go. We play basketball every day pretty much, but theres a lot of people that come and play on tues and wednesday, so if you got game, come down and play!!!!!
