It is only *$5 a day* to use a great recreation center to get a full body workout in. All ages are allowed also. The basketball courts are always packed, but I go to use the weight room upstairs which was clean and being wiped down by guests and staff members conatantly. The locker room + showers were also clean compared to all of the people that use the area. I went here to max only and ended up staying about 3.5 to 4 hours. Im still sore from 2 days ago

This is a great establishment to come and workout. Like any place, the peak hours will be busy and have a lot of people looking to use the machines. The staff behind the desk is always friendly and willing to help with any questions that you may have. I like the fact that they have a daycare-type area where they watch your children while you workout. The whole place is clean and everything is up to date. Simply a great place to workout.

If you want to save money this is the place.. very cheap... saying that, Im miserable working out here... the majority of the people who work out here have extremely poor gym etiquette... If you are serious about lifting this is not the place for you.. Ive only lived in cedar hood for 1 year and Ill be moving once my lease is up.. poor decision on my part.. Low income people come with the low prices...

Great staff and facility; however the rates are unfair. Desoto Rec Center for juniors to play basketball is $10 for a year and it is $5 a day at Cedar HIll. Cedar Hill is lacking in amenities; have to travel to Mansfield, Arlington Tennis Center or Red Oak High School to play tennis. For swimming have to go to Grand Prairie and Mansfield.

From the Architectural style, the multi-use rooms, the scenic pond and patio around back, and the trails, benches, and small overlook, this is a great venue for weddings, church gatherings, or just to enjoy an afternoon. I have only been here for special events but I think they have open to the public hours as well.

Go here everyday to workout at the gym. Equipment is always kept clean and functional. Staff is respectful and entire facility is well maintained. Prefer this over many mainstream gyms who charge a lot but have unsatisfactory service

I enjoyed my visit to the Cedar Hill Recreation center, every one was very gracious and informative, the food was delicious, and the prizes were nice, plus we had our classes there too. I hope they host us again in the future.

The gym is well equipped and clean. The staff is always friendly. Comfortable environment. Like all gyms, peak times can be crowded, but Ive never had to wait on a treadmill or elliptical.
