I like healing hand ministries. But I will give just one star because I had appointment at 3 pm and I went on time at 3 pm. But they said you have to come at 2 pm which is one a hour ahead. It doesnt make sense at all. There are a lot of hospital and clinics that wiser and develop than that do not do like this. I used to experience it. They just will change your appointment as they like. They dont do their job properly. It is not only my case. Other patient also had appointment and the staffs said her appointment is not in the computer . But that patient brought her paper appointment which is the right time. I know they look down refugee and treat us in this way. I have this feeling according to their reactions. I see only refugees and people who cant speak English go to there. Poor refugee people do not know how to complain in the right reasons according to illiterate. So this clinic will just treat refugee like this.

Healing Hands Ministries cares for all the patients we serve. Our mission statement is: Because we view all patients as God’s children, Healing Hands Ministries strives to provide compassionate, accessible, quality care to all of its neighbors. We love those from every background and every country. We ask patients to come 1 hour early so we can make sure we can connect all non-English speakers with a translator that speaks their particular language so we can provide the highest level of quality care. We value our patients time, but the translation company will not allow us to call them until the patient checks in. We do this to assure we take very good care of you. Please feel free to personally contact the clinic if you have any concerns. We consider it a privilege to serve all of Gods children.

Your clinic is basically depend on religion. Do u know? God love his children equally. It doesnt matter where are you from or you cant speak English. He love his children equally. But you treat refugee injustice.

The Northwest Community Center is a beautiful and welcoming space where members of the community can come to learn, grow, and share with each other. The staff is very friendly and I have been to several great events here.

I used to volunteer here at the daycare center while the parents of the refugee families take English classes. They always appreciate extra help from the community. Nice environment with beautiful children.
