Just had lunch at Fuse. Hostess was very unwilling to help us (a large group) get seated close together. Seemed to be unable to grasp the concept of putting tables together, or even put us in close proximity to each other. She said they were very busy, although there were a lot of tables that remained unoccupied during our visit. The prices were pretty high in my opinion. The service was very slow. Waited at least 20 minutes for our tickets so we could pay our bill to leave we even had to ask for them twice. We were there for a conference and we wanted to get back by the end of the lunch break... Very disappointed.

My children came to visit me from SE KY and they wanted to see the lights and we came across The Fuse, the place was pretty busy, Saturday 12/13/14 about 5pm there was 9 adults and my 6yr old grandson, so in we go, 45 min wait for table no problem I understood BUT then it went to worse, SLOW service, took for ever to get drinks and my Blue Moon beer was warm at best, lots of I am sorry, food cold, just an all around super bad deal. Prices were OK, and waitress said please come back when not so busy its much better. REALLY?? so $149 later we left. Total time 2hrs45 mins.SMDH

Came here the first time right after checking in and the service was good because there was nobody else here. The food was so so. Came again on Saturday night to a busy, but not packed crowd and had to ask for service after being seated. Once we finally got our drinks, we had to bus our own empty glasses, and repeatedly ask for service even after our order was placed. I hate the people that comment on here... Buy seriously. It was bad

The food was good but the price was very high for what you get. Asked hostess about a gluten free option. Was told that yes they have one... ordered and was told that no they dont by our less than socially impressive waiter. Low and behold, a few minutes later he came to tell me that yes, indeed they did. It wasnt busy there on a Friday night so service was fast but I would not recommended this eatery to others!

The quality of food is akin to what you might expect at a zoo cafeteria (i.e., pretty sure the fries are microwaved), but the prices are more like a fine steak and seafood house. For example, the gas station-esque hot ham and cheese sandwich is $15. Just walk across the street and eat at McDonalds instead. You can get 15 double cheeseburgers for the price of one at Fuse.

Uninteresting beer selection and blah cocktails. Dont even stock many of the standard mixers for cocktails (e.g., no Campari) and house cocktails are all sugar-laden abominations. Food is okay, but nothing to write home about. As the main bar for the Grand Ole Opryland Resort, its pretty underwhelming. Expect slow service when things get busy (which is often).

First bite into my club sandwich nearly broke a tooth, there was a very hard object in the sandwich, the second one was slapped together without bacon,cheese. although i was not charged for the meal i certainly expected alot more out of a $15.00 club sandwich !! We will not be back !

The food tasted decent, but was not AT ALL worth the price they charged for it. It took forever just for them to bring out appetizers. I would not recommend this establishment. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

We just spent 5 days at the opryland resort and ate our meals at Fuse,. Nekcho is the best waitress, thanks for the great service and friendship during our short stay, you are wonderful. The food was great!

Im here on vacation. Im glad we went to fuse. The cheese burger was great. The fries are really good. We had our food within 10 mins of sitting down. Awesome place. Will return if we visit Nashville again!

Horrible service and prices. Order 1 beer and 2 cocktails for $40... 33% tax on drinks.. took us flagging someone down to even get a order in then have them try to run off with our wallets

The bartenders are BEYOND rude. After sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a water they decided to get an attitude, then went onto complaining about other customers. We will NOT be back.

Stood next to waitress station for 8 minutes for a drink! Unacceptable. 4 bartenders. 6 wait staff. Only 50% tables filled. 28 customers at bar. Dirty behind bar. Disapointing.
