The trails are nice for walking or running. The city spends a large amount of resources on keeping the park nice so the grass is always well kept and there is little sign of trash. The city police do a terrific job of patrolling the area. The only negatives are lack of parking during heavy use times and a lack of public restrooms. If you park at shelter 5, do so at your own risk. Park near the zoo if you are able to do so. Your car will thank you.

Park has wide smooth asphalt pathways for walking, jogging, and biking. By the Cleveirvine Ave entrance, there are 6 tennis courts, two half basketball courts and a monkey gym & pull up bars (one bar is missing). In the same area but north of Richland Creek is a sand volleyball court. Great route to ride to Falls Park. There is another tennis court further along the pathway between Woodland Way Cir and Lakehurst St.

Cleveland Park is Greenvilles largest park and has basically become the surrounding open green space for the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I really like to park here and and then walk along the trail to Falls Park downtown. There are a lot of interesting features of this park including public art, several memorials, lots of shade and picnic shelters. This park is pet friendly but the dog park is now closed.

We really like this park mainly because it is attached to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, free parking, and the equipment is covered to provide shade. There is a set for younger children and a set for the older kids. More trees for picnic shade would be nice. There are picnic shelters but they are usually reserved.

I take my 7 year old here to meet and play with other children. Its fun. The has 3 play ground areas. They are well padded on the ground. There are walking, bike and picnic areas and trails. During the summer an icee/ snow cone truck is available for purchases.

If youve got kids or just appreciate being outdoors you owe it to yourself to take a few strolls through Cleveland Park to check out everything from the multiple playgrounds, Greenville Zoo and the beautiful developments linking the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

This is just 1 of many awesome parks in Greenville. There are dedicated playgrounds for age groups and surprisingly, kids generally stick to their own playground so you dont have to worry too much about your young kid getting trampled by an older kid.

Nicely maintained park in a nice part of Greenville. Next door to the Greenville Zoo, so thats handy for people who are in to that kind of thing. Went here for a birthday party. Lots of room for the kids to play, and lots of tree shade, too.

One of the best parks in Greenville. When the Cancer Survivor Park is finished, linking Cleveland to Falls, it will be outstanding. Hard to believe your that close to Downtown Greenville when your there. The roar of the Lions is cool.

Awesome park! Right by the Greenville Zoo, on the Reedy River, and has decent quality play sets for children. Also connects right to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and is adjacent to Falls Park and Downtown Greenville.

I loved Cleveland Park because of its landscaping. The park is appropriate for the ages it is intended for. The park is nicely shaded. Plus the Greenville Zoo is beside the park, which is an added bonus.

Great place to bring kids. They have two different playgrounds, one for older and other for younger kids. I love the trails near the Reedy river. The Greenville zoo is close by, which is a plus!

Cute park to take kids. The equipment and proximity to the zoo makes it a 4 star but I always feel like I have to be right next to the kids. No relaxing momma = 3

One of the best things about Greenville is its parks. It feels very safe and the large sidewalks make it easy to walk alongside other people.

The park is great. We love it. Except for the times when it feels dangerous and police need to be posted close by.
