Such a nice ballpark, especially for the minor leagues. Not only do you get to take in the gorgeous city skyline as the backdrop (I highly recommend sitting on the third baseline side) but they also offer tons of gourmet food options and craft beer. The tickets are usually pretty inexpensive, sometimes you can snag an infield ticket for $13-20. I also have to say that for a large venue with lots of people drinking and thus using the restroom facilities a lot, they keep the facilities very clean. Honestly, even if youre not a huge baseball fan the games are super fun to attend as a casual weekend get together with friends - I feel like a large part of that revolves around the park itself.

I work with the BB&T ballpark. And as one of the chefs employees, I love the laid back, calm, attentive, and intense working atmosphere that our chefs, Sous Chef Frank Cronin and executive chef Joe provide their employees. We not only provide a fabulous and creative menu each and every game day for our diamond club members to enjoy while they enjoy watching our Charlotte Knights baseball team, we also provide many different options for our game day patrons who enjoy visiting different concessions within the ballpark. So come on out and watch a game and enjoy our edible creations as well, it will definitely be a memorable day at the ballpark.

Very nice and clean ball park. Lots of options when it comes to concessions. Staff is friendly. There is a convenient lost & found booth that we utilized after my friend accidentally left her phone in the restroom. Our employer rented the catered bench section, which was very nice.. only thing is I was extremely limited as a vegetarian in what I could eat compared to my carnivorous counterparts - think corn on the cob, potato chips and cookies. Even the potato salad had meat in it.. who does that? They have theme nights, donation/charity nights, etc. Prices are affordable. Ballpark is family friendly.

Great ball park and friendly staff. My wife and I stopped by for a game. The staff ask if was our first time at the park and gave us badges to wear. After that every vendor and staff asked us if we were enjoying our stay. Food was upscale for a ball park. I enjoyed chicken Street tacos for 8 bucks and my wife had a chili dog with slaw and it came with a ton of fries for 9 bucks. Go, take the family or date and enjoy the game. I will say avoid the left field corner, view is not great. Could not see the score board.

Always a good time and the fireworks are a big plus! Honestly, if its your first game... consider the shows on Friday so you can stay for the show. Its often better than most holiday celebrations. For fair weather folks, consider the Home Plate Club so you can go in and cool off/warm up (depending on the time of year). You cant really have a bad seat in the stadium so if your budget is tight, go on the less expensive side.

Very nice ballpark that is easy to get to. Found ample and affordable parking for $5 surrounding the field. Food selection is okay. The entertainment and the mascot was enjoyable. A very friendly family event, if you like baseball. Truly appreciated the enclosed air-conditioned suite with food and full service bar. #Swank

By FAR the best minor league stadium Ive ever been to. From the backdrop to the concessions, it has a definite major league field. I drive 3 hours from Gwinnett to watch my Braves play there, and Im already planning another trio this month. The stadium needs to be on every baseball fans bucket list.

Great baseball stadium for a local team! The setup is great, and getting in and out of the stadium is relatively easy. We parked at our hotel and walked to the stadium, so parking was not an issue for us. Prices are a little high for concessions, which is to be expected of any sports venue.

Clean and attractive stadium. Lots of reasonably-priced, delicious concessions. Comfortable seats with armrests and cupholders. Beautiful view of the Charlotte skyline. No parking issues as there are plenty of options in downtown parking decks, priced about $6. A great experience.

One of the best minor league parks in the Country. The facilities are top notch. The views of the city in the background are outstanding and can be seen from the 1st and 3rd base lines. Plenty of food and drink spots so the waits are not too bad. Just a great experience.

Went here for the USA v Cuba game on the 4th. Staff was friendly and helpful. Concessions areas were clean, well stocked, and quick. Seats were easy to find and had a good view. My one complaint was that the floor of the main concourse area got VERY slick when wet.

A beautiful well-designed and operated baseball park! I and others in my group found the sound system inadequate to understand many announcements, and we moved to different areas to try to determine if poor sound quality was unique to a specific location.

An affordable experience for friends and family. Its a beautiful stadium easy entrance process and a interesting menu items from time to time. Tips: Friday Games come with fireworks afterwards Sit on the east side (3rd base)to get a nice skyline view

Love this place. All the seats are all really good. The field is amazing and they keep the stadium very clean. Theod is good but over priced yet thats what happens when your ball field is in the downtown / uptown area. The beer selection is very good.

As always, this is an amazing experience, even when our team loses. The food counter staff is always friendly, all you have to do is ask and they will make sure they get it for you. I HIGHLY advise seeing a game at least once while in Charlotte.

Even if you are not a huge baseball fan you should definitely come to BB&T ballpark. This Stadium is a state of the art ballpark. There is no one bad seat at the ballpark. The fireworks display on the 4th of July is absolutely spectacular.

Tickets are a little pricey compared with the other local teams but they are the only triple a within 100 miles. Stadium is incredible with the city in the background and the look is aestheticly pleasing. Great time every time.

Great ballpark, classic feel, and great location. If you are looking for a great way to spend the afternoon and then head downtown at night, it makes for an awesome night. Staff was rude about re-entry so be ready for that.

Great place. No bad seats anywhere (except the grass areas). Tickets are not too bad. You can get in for around $12 or so for cheap seats. Decent parking close by. Great view of the city while you watch a game

Love being able to catch a decently priced game at the nicest ballpark in the minors! Food and drink are overpriced as usual but nothing beats a beer at the game. Great for families, significant others, and friends.

Still not as fun as when the Knights were in Fortmill, but it is baseball plus we took our best furry friend to bark in the park!!!! Cliser to the house is a plus, but the extra $10 a ticket still burns me a bit.

It is a really nice stadium with some great views of Uptown Charlotte. The food options are typical. If you are from out of town, be sure to get a carolina-style hot dog with chili, onions, coleslaw and mustard.
