Absolutely down hill. Still a cute and neat park, but ignorant teenagers are allowed to run wild, loud, obnoxious, park everywhere, even blocking in people in actual parking spaces. This used to be such a nice place, but like so many other places, the wrong crowd has made it impossible for us to enjoy a park in our own neighborhood.

This is not a dog park. no areas fenced in specifically for dogs. you can walk your dog there, but to call it a "Dog Park" is not accurate
