No lifeguard or anyone in charge of the place to watch the kids. Several children playing with buckets and cups, splashing people that are watching their kids with water, one child got hurt because another gad a cup and threw it on little kid and the big kids were running and not watching the little ones. Ive been several times there and its always the same. Parents wouldnt say anything to the big kids. The one reason I go there, its because in Lowell the splash pads open after July 1st daily.

Veterans is a nice place to hang around. There is a big variety of walking space,they have really nice soccer football and lacrosse fields there are very nice baseball fields also. The play ground they have is big and fun it keeps the kids occupied for hours.And has a beautiful memorial!

Plenty of space, lots of fields for sports. For the most part its kept up pretty well, and for the younger children it has a nice play area. Great location too, right across from the plaza with lots of local businesses. Parking is aplenty too.

Love it !!! Kids will always be kids and have there fun. Theres no need for a lifeguard on duty its a sprinkler park and if you want other people to watch your kids then your in the wrong place your a parent so you watch your own kids :-)

Sad to see the state that visitors leave the water park area in. Couple weekends ago was trash everywhere and diapers thrown on the ground in the parking lot.

Good place for a leisurely stroll and for kids sports and activities. A place full of memories of people lost in wars in far far away lands.

Kids love the sprinkler park. The playground and fields are a great place for them to run around and burn off some energy.
