The place was in great shape but the clubhouse doesnt follow simple 101 golf rules. I played on a Sunday and everyone and anyone that plays golf knows its crowded on the weekends. Well even with it being crowded (waited literally every hole)the clubhouse allowed a group of 6 to go out and when we asked why? we were told because "its a family and they come all the time." I understand since Im complaining I might get some comments back like "go join a private club you a**" but does anyone in their right mind want to play nearly a six hour round? Also I cut it short after 12 holes because it was going on four hours. The only way Id play there again if I was the first to tee off. Whoever goes good luck with how long it takes. Hope you have better luck then we did.

Most everything was great! The steak was awesome the vegatables were severly al dente and the chicken was covered in some weird yellow sauce... The chairs we had to sit in outdoors were the kind you have to sit in very gently. My biggest gripe of all? The orderbs provided were not labeled. I ended up eating one of their bacon wrapped scallops thinking it was something else and I am severly allergic to any kind of shellfish. Luckily I did not get sick enough to need any sort of attention. There was also crab dip which luckily I did not eat. And when they served supper they didnt bother to ask if my 7yo wanted what everybody else was having or chicken strips... he did not want chicken strips...

Foxchase always offering a great value and fine course conditions. Played on 7/7/12 when temps hit 102 in the area. Water coolers were abundant on the course and we were even offered brand new complementary golf towels soaked in ice-water at the turn. What a classy move on the part of Foxchase management. It was truly appreciated by our group! The course was (as always) in great condition despite the extended high temperatures and dry conditions. Keep up the great work as we look forward to many more future rounds at FC.

I agree this is a great course. Fairly easy access from turnpike as well as 222. I live in Lancaster and takes 35 min door to door--which is about the time it takes to drive to Lanc. courses with local traffic. The course is well maintained and the greens kept in good shape with speed. Im considering a membership--just need to figure out if I can golf enough to make it worthwhile. Work does get in the way... I like that they keep junior tees up, which helps when I bring my son.

Foxchase pleasantly surprised me, over and over again. It started off with a super down-to-earth, genuinely helpful staff, who were on par with the superbly-maintained golf course. Green fees are friendly to the wallet, and the layout is a true test, especially from the back tees. I would totally recommend Foxchase, even if it requires a little drive. I drove from Philly, and I am certainly going to do it again soon. Well done!

A Private User

There are not any holes that will make you go WOW but it is 18 decent, well-kept holes with a few interesting shots and nice greens. You are not going to get your head kicked in here. Not particularly busy in the afternoon. The power line towers buzz quite a bit which is a little disconcerting.

Foxchase is AWESOME! Great pricing and a fabulous golf course! Great Track with several tee options for the scratch player to the beginner! Forgiving Farways, but lots of trouble when you spray em! Excellent practice facility to work on all aspects of your game GREAT FOOD!

Rubber Duck Plumbing

Nice course, bad time management, too many doubles and then they put a shotgun tournament in the middle of the day, we were a foursome and the ranger was pushing us because all the doubles were faster then a foursome.

Greens are in great shape. Course has a number of excellent and challenging holes. Food is really good & servers are very friendly. Driving range available.

This course does nothing but over book tee times. Nothing less than a 5 hour round. If you want to wait on every shot then play here.
