New Jeeper, first Jeep AM purchase and I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service here. The grill guard I ordered arrived scratched, and dented in multiple areas. The box was not from the manufacturer and looked like someone taped cardboard scraps together. I called customer service and they said I could return it. They didnt offer to pay for the repackage of the item to return. Instead of paying the UPS store $30 to wrap and box this large awkward item for me, I drove the 90 minutes from my home to their warehouse/office in Malvern PA. When I arrived they said they could take my return and they had another of the same part in stock, I just needed to wait 45-60 min because they had to pull the part from the warehouse. No problem! I waited and returned inside only to find the manger, who originally helped me was gone for the day, and the receptionist (who also helped process the return) was also leaving. She informed me that sorry they actually dont have my part in stock, and if I want them to ship it they will. I said NO I do not want it shipped because I dont want to end up with another damaged part after all of this nonsense. She said well she was leaving and nobody else was available to help me right now. My choices were to wait an hour until she returns from lunch, when she will help me pick another part, or they can have the grill guard shipped. So, I received a damaged part, drove 90 minutes, waited an hour in their parking lot to find out its not even in stock, and the receptionist couldnt care less to tell me what was going on until I caught her walking out the door to leave. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I purchased an item for my Jeep from Extreme Terrain that I later found available direct from the manufacturer with free shipping at the same exact price. Of course, I wish I purchased direct as Extreme Terrain sent me a previously used item that did not include all the parts & was missing the manual. The items were haphazardly tossed in the box likely by another consumer. I should have know something was up when the box arrived disheveled & looking as if it had been taped together aftermarket. Were talking about a $700 item here. These folks may be a decent company, may even have the best intentions, but this was my first purchase & I regret it. Extreme Terrain did offer to replace said item after prompting, but my first impression was not great. I had to re-box & deliver the large item to UPS for return & was informed that a replacement would not be shipped until Extreme Terrain could confirm delivery of said item. I was offered free T-shirt for my inconvenience, which I declined. I informed ET that I wanted product I had paid good money. You decide if you wish to pay for used, demo, or second hand merchandise. I wont anymore!!!

Horrible customer support. I was missing a part (bolt) on my Barricade winch. Contacted customer support by e-mail and took 11 days to get an answer (I responded immediately to each request - pictures, where is the part, etc). After 11 days, I called and asked for a status since I was done with the slow e-mail response. They said I needed an RMA and that I needed to get it sent back tomorrow morning otherwise they cannot send out the replacement. I responded that I needed it Thursday night at the latest (this is Monday) otherwise I will need to buy from someone else since I was going on a trip. I offered to buy a new one and then return the old one so that I can get it on time. They told me no problem if you pay for expedited shipping! Needless to say, I bought from Amazon and returned the "defective" one (only missing a bolt). Good prices, but I cant buy from a company who doesnt care about the customer...

Worst experience with a business ever. Charged my credit card before shipping merchandise. Order hung in the "processing" phase for a week and a half. Three calls to customer service amounted to nothing aside from me becoming more irate. Canceled the order while on the phone with customer service.... Still no refund ($700). I will be disputing the charges if a prompt refund is not issued, and may file a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with this company. Run screaming. If negative stars were possible I still wouldnt be able to rate them low enough.

DO NOT USE IF YOUR ARE CANADIAN!!!! Ordered a lift May 17,2017 never shipped until May30th. Was expected to arrive June 7th never arrived. Once i filed a claim it had not arrived waited over a week then contacted seller again, still no news for me at this point its june 17th still no product or information on where my life is. At this point i just asked for a refund.... bad mistake not July 1st I still have no lift or the money i spent on the product.

Bought rear fenders for 2001 tj and put 1 on. Didnt use jeep much less than 6 months and noticed chip and rust. Reached out to company before posting and letting people know. They said "Unfortunately rust or deterioration is not covered. I apologize for that. I can request a touch up kit for you if you would like. It is a three stage kit and its pretty robust." I have pics and emails.

Was told part was available at the store by them thru online chat. After an hour ride and tolls I was there. Problem is there is NO store. Just a warehouse with no sat/sun pick- up. Also saw that employees are not jeepers as they claim (20+ employee vehicles on a nice 85degree day and only 1 jeep?) Went home and ordered my part from their competition down the road!
