My son went with a few friends tonight. He came home furious. He accused my son of playing 2 games and only paying one. My son payed for two. The employee shut down lane and screamed across lanes that no one could play until he payed for another game. He completely embarrassed my son and intentionally humiliated him. My son wasnt worried about the $6 that he had to pay twice. It was the callous and inappropriate way the employee treated my son. He has sworn to never go back. I dont blame him. I would suggest that anyone who goes to that place demands all receipts and hold on to them. If you are a parent, prepare your kids for potential harassment from the employees if you dont stay to monitor the behavior.

Friendly local lanes that have friendly faces enthusiastically working to build relationships with leauges they run in order to ensure satisfaction with services and enjoying every trip to bowl some games. General public is welcome and accommodated with every effort. Old school establishment that has lost some of its recognition as a bowling destination, which is a shame that it be underrated or forgotten. Bar Don Lanes deserves recognition for the long standing presence in the Palmer township, as a house with a rich history, genuinely run by family and passionate staff loved by the regulars who are very frequent patrons.

Dont go to their karaoke night unless you know the girl that runs it. Was told I couldnt sing the last hour because she was all full up. Proceeded to watch a guy go up 3 times in said hour. What a joke. Would be a decent time if as an outsider I was included, but I was a nobody that wasnt worthy of looking at the sacred book of songs. The bartenders were great though. Must love smoke.

You will have a good time here if you go with friends. The only down to this location is that there is a bar within where people are allowed to smoke and the whole place smells like cigarettes. If you go with family, specifically with young ones make sure you go when the bar is closed. Customer service at the front desk is great, theyre very helpful and friendly.

Decent lanes, staff is so-so some are very helpful and appear to sincerely care that your there, and some not so much. Kind of off the grid so it rearly is crowded, I have a good time every time I go which is probably about 5 or 6 times a month, 20 bucks gets you and a date 2 games each and shoes, so you rearly brake the bank on a night out.

Joined a wonderful fun summer league. Start at 12:30 and done by 2:30. Friendly home atmosphere and all the coffee you can drink. Great way in the summer to get out, a little bit of exercise and a great deal of friendship and fun.

Absolutely terrible! The employees are beyond rude, and the service is horrible. Whatever you do, never let your ball get stuck in the gutters. The employees will become enraged.

Definitely a dive. The small bar allows smoking and is dark with poor ventilation. The grilled ham and cheese sandwiches are amazing though.

its a bowling alley... its fine for its purpose... staff was not friendly or helpful in trying to have a childs birthday party...

ive been bowling at Bar Don for over 10 years , and its always been FUN.. I would def. suggest bowling there.. Good Times ..

Low end dive. Fried food is your best bet. Messed up both food orders. Ok place to drink if u can stand the smoke.

The place is a little dated, and it takes forever to get a drink there from the bar. The bowling alley isnt too bad
