Jackson Family Wines is ruining a once great family owned winery. Hopefully the big corporations do not damage other smaller Willamette Valley family wineries. Ive really enjoyed WKE wines over the years. From friendly visits to the tasting room, to getting private tours, to ordering wine local and cross country, it has always been an enjoyable and rewarding experience. My recent dealings with James in the Cellar Club has me completely turned off on WKE and reluctant to ever buy from them again. Willakenzie/Jacksons new customer service motto of "its our way or the highway" is the opposite of what has made Willamette wineries so special. It seems that the Jackson Family corporate iron fist has ruined a once great winery and I hope they dont mess with any more. Hopefully they stay in CA.

WillaKenzies Pinot Gamay is possible the best wine Ive ever tasted. I wish I had ten more bottles in the basement. I really dislike Chardonnay, but I found WillaKenzies to be entirely drinkable, too. Love the detailed virtual tour of the winery. (Click on the photo below "See Inside" on the right --->) If you follow the arrows across the patio to the other building, then down the stairs, youll find that you can explore the fermenting tanks, and on the second lower floor is the barrel room & private wine cellar. Good fun!

Besides Eric, the waitstaff all seemed rude and angry that we were even bothering them during our tasting. The wines were good but nothing really stood out to us except the Pinot Gris which was actually off the tasting menu ( thank you Eric). If it was not for his friendliness we probably would have walked out. The views are pretty great.

Loved all the wines...the chardonnay was a lovely surprise . Who would have thought a white in pinot country. The staff was helpful and extremely pleasant. All the pinot noirs we tasted were great and we learned quite a bit of wine growing facts.

The most friendly , truly "Great Wine". We bring all friends here, they are so happy! The wine is always worth our trip here, it does not matter if it was a cool spring or a "hot" summer, they always make a "wine to share with your friends ".

This is a great destination for a sunny (or rainy) afternoon. We had good wine and good conversation with the tasting room person. They were very friendly and calm even though the place was busy. Ill definitely go back.

The wines were tasty and the service very friendly. They have a beautiful property and even a small sensory garden that you can take a walk through. Nice spot to stop.

Havent been to the winery in years, however I still receive club shipments. Nothing in the world like a WillaKenzie wine. Yay for cold weather grapevines!

$20 tasting fee for 5 wines, 3 of which are pinots. Im not a huge Pinot fan so was completely underwhelmed. Staff are friendly but not overly helpful.
