I bragged about going to this place with my girlfriend. I told her that there was a reason why I had been coming here for 5 years. I love there pizza and I still think they have some of the best. The bad part is their customer service. When we ordered the lady that took our order was very rude and rolled her eyes at us. We sat down talking about that girl and the people behind us were being served by a guy. He was letting the plate bounce on the table and we heard after we left that these people at this table were unhappy. When our food came the guy bounced our plate (which had a pizzone on it) and did the same with the one fork and knife. As he turned to walk away I asked if I could have one more fork because we were splitting this. He walked away without saying anything and when he came back he dropped the fork on the table. I said "Thank you" to him and he just walked away. I called them when I got home because I figured that they would want to know how their employees were handling the customers. When I first called the guy on the line (who served us the food) ask why I was calling. I said because I had a complaint and he asked what about. Right there I shouldn’t have said anything, but hoping it would get me a manager faster I told him it was a complaint. He then said that a manager was unavailable and to leave the complaint with him. I told him we were unhappy with the customer service and that I might not be coming back there because of it. He cut me off and said, “That’s fine” and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for a manger. A girl got on the phone and asked what the problem was. I explained what had just transpired when I called earlier and how rude that was. This girl then started to inform me that they had been complimented on how great they were over the weekend by customers. I guess my complaint didn’t matter because there was only one, mine, on a weekday. I work in retail and manage at my second job. I know that people might be having a bad day, but treating a customer like this is uncalled for. I am NEVER going back to this pizza place, even though they have my favorite pizza. I have a principle to uphold and will NEVER eat one of their pizza’s again. Let it be known that if you ever have a problem with their customer service or pizza they will NOT care!

Im still on the fence about this place: On the one hand, I get to eat pizza in a theater with all the soda I want. On the other hand, the movie picture kinda sucks. The whole place isnt very clean. Including bathrooms. The theater room could look a MILLION times better if they would take the stupid colored christmas lights down and put up plain white christmas lights to turn on during the movie. They never turn on the old ones so they just look tacky and you have to stumble around in the dark. This place could be really nice. If they would get their act together and fix it up a little more. ---------Update-------- Got a new projector a while back. Picture is much better. They kinda tried to clean the theater up, but still didnt do a very good job. Still too dark to see if you get up during the movie. Bathrooms were redone. Didnt do all that good of a job because the paint looks bad. But it was clean, so plus. WHAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE REDONE are the theater chairs. Theyre dirty and noise. Sitting or getting up makes them screech loudly. And theyre so extremely dirty. One in particular has a broken arm rest thats sharp. Like, cut you sharp. Been like that the last three times we went over a period of a year. Another that you sit down in sinks to the ground because it got crushed. The room is set up so you could possibly bring camping chairs to sit in. We may start doing that. Ive never gotten sick here or heard of anyone else getting sick from the food. So I know the place is clean. (Food is awesome.) But the chairs have always made me feel like this is the birthplace of lice. (Never gotten lice, either. Just a phobia.)

Great idea for pizza. No so great in person. We did pizza and a movie. Thin crust pizza was very good. We did a BBQ PIZZA and a cheese and olive pizza. Also had donughts which were very good and served with a tangy red dipping sauce. All of them had good flavor and were delivered to our movie table. Great job! However, we also had bread sticks that were terrible. They made right with a small pizza to go. Movie area was fun with room for kids at a kids movie showing. Last item: dont be in a wheelchair... Ramp to movie was all but impossible to negotiate with tight turns and items stored at the entrance. It should be a lot better!

go there frequently & food is good - however, tonight at 8:35 pm I entered and the staff person in a grey baseball cap with ugly tattoo on left side of neck was talking to a customer about cars, on and on and on - taking no order, waited nearly TEN MINUTES before they finally shut up and the other customer noticed me and said maybe the guy should wait on me. I nearly walked out. Unbelieveable. I basically did not exist. On and on about their dumb car stories. Incredible!!!!!

The crust was on par for one of the best Ive ever had. Selection was ideal. Pre-concocted pies, original and delicious; we had the Smokestack Lightning. Spicy meats and peppers. Spicy enough for a masochist like me but not too much for my tamer tongued wife. We subbed bbq sauce for,the red sauce. Good choice of local craft on tap. We watched the movie while eating. My only suggestion for improvement would be couch seating that was not too close or too far back.

There are two reasons to come to Third Street Pizza: 1) The Downeaster 2) The Harvest moon. Very solid pizza offerings. Their sandwiches are solid too, though probably overpriced. Greek salad is tasty, but definitely overpriced. Its also nice to catch a movie in the back if you have the time. Very family friendly. Oftentimes the matinee movie is a good one for kids.

I can say I have a few that go a little above them but the 3rd st. pizza has the absolute best pizza in town. I have eaten in every pizza place known to man, and possibly a few that are not and I have been hard pressed to find better pizza. if you like good food, and like it made fresh with freshly done toppings then I have to suggest you try out 3rd st pizza

The only positive thing I can say is that the pizza is good. Everything else? Not so much. The prices are INSANELY high, the wait time and lines are ridiculous, the service is usually decent but nowhere near great. The tables always feel sticky, the bathrooms are always dirty. And do not ever go here in the summertime unless you want to have a heat stroke.

Very tasty pizza. I ate one of their mediums (or whatever size it was) in one setting because I just couldnt resist consuming the pizza sitting in front of me. It is fairly expensive; however, this is generally expected and accepted for quality pizza these days. The cost will not keep me from getting more 3rd Street Pizza.
