This center is the worst place Ive ever been to. I dont normally take my kids to a "payfor" pool because there are 6 of us and its quite expensive to do, but today we decided to visit the aquatic center for some fun. We arrived at 5:15 and paid the $26 dollars to swim. We were there literally 5 minutes when they blew the whistle to make everyone get out because there was suppose to be inclement weather. FIVE Minutes! They were offering "comeback" bracelets for the rest of the day but refused to offer raincheck tickets or refunds. We spoke to the lady who was "in charge" and she showed no signs of sympathy or caring about me or my family. She kept saying its not our policy to give refunds or rainchecks! its been that way for 3 years since we opened! If I did it for you Id have to do it for everyone! Give me a break! I paid almost 30 dollars to swim for 5 minutes! We waited for a long time in hopes of getting back in, but every time she "heard" thunder they pushed the time farther! I asked what would happen if the time got pushed Past their closing time and she said we were out of luck! ARE YOUR SERIOUS!?! This is in no way even close to customer service let alone good customer service! I didnt want a refund, I wanted to be able to bring my 4 kids back and swim! I dont care if you have a sign posted about bad weather or not! I paid you for a service and you didnt deliver! Or even offer to deliver on another day! They had my money and thats all they cared about! Then she very patronizingly tried to make conversation with my kids about their ages to make them stop crying! I dont think so, dont spit in my face as a customer and then try to be my kids friend! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Hot or not this summer, they are not a reputable or nice facility! Once they have your money, you dont matter!

The facility itself is good, but the policies and non-existent customer service of this place is absolutely abysmal. The first strike against the place is their policy on their punch cards they offer. Last season I purchased one very close to the end of the season. I used only three of the 10 punches (these things cost 30 bucks for a card) before the pool was closed for the season. When it opened again the next year I went to the pool and presented the card and they told me that it was no longer valid, despite the fact that nowhere on the card did it say it had an expiration date or that it was only good for that season. So in essence, I spent 30 bucks to swim one day for three people, the rest of the punches were useless. If they would have been so kind to have told me this when I purchased it so close to the end of the season it would have been a different story. However, no one mentioned this, and nowhere on the card did it state this was the policy. Very customer un-friendly, and uncaring attitudes. The most recent visit we were there, it was cloudy, but there was no lightning or thunder. However after we had been there for about 40 minutes, one of the lifeguards supposedly heard thunder. She asked if any of the others had heard it, but none seemed too sure. I for certain didnt hear any, and I have perfectly find hearing. Anyway, because she supposedly heard thunder, the pool was evacuated and we were forced to leave. This place is a joke, and I am ashamed that this is a place in Broken Arrow. I wont be paying any more money to this joke of a pool.

What a huge disappointment. This place is staffed by kids. The general feeling is that the kids that play "lifeguard" think they are the gestapo. In the kiddy area, there is a small structure with two slides for kids under 5 y/o, however, I cannot walk my 2 year old up the structure to send her down the slide without some pimple faced "lifeguard" telling me that I am breaking the rules. Today we were there for 30 mins when all the pimple faced guards started blowing their whistles... After 10 mins, I asked one of them if I was supposed to know what that meant, when he informed me that "we have to close but we cant tell you why...." No refund, no explanation, nothing... they took my money, and did not provide the service. This place is a joke. I would rather swim in a pond. Avoid at all cost....

Great family water fun. The lifeguards are alert and safe. The pools are cleanest I have experienced for public swimming. Beautifully built. Gives a resort type feel . Big and festive open feeling for a public swimming hole. Broken Arrows best place to swim and enjoy safe clean water fun. Great for smaller children and teens alike. 2 seperated fenced off places for the all levels of swimmers and visitors. Gives a resort type feel to adults.

Safe, fun place to enjoy swimming with your kids. 4 water slides, little kids, and also a childrens area. Note that older siblings cant watch younger siblings in the younger areas. Attentive lifeguards, snack and covered shaded area.

I came out here with my kids last year and they were closed early for the season. Then we came out here today 8/19/17 and sure enough they were closed early for the season again. Really annoying for my kids and I...

First time ever going to the pool , worst experience ever! The facility is clean and they have cool things, however the customer service is absolutely horrible and the lifeguards attitudes are even worse!

Very nice and kid friendly. I think they need to change there policy on bringing food and drink. Height standards for slides are a little to strict.
