We booked a golf tee time for Sunday 8/2 with Golf Now. Upon arrival we presented confirmation letter to desk clerk Mary who refused to accept it and treated us rudely. We were told to call Golf Now and to cancel as they do not honor Golf Now tee times on the weekends.Really? Then why does Pleasant Valley post weekend tee times? We were told the Mgr. Mike Kilbarger would contact us regarding this matter. We even offered to leave our credit card at the office, play golf and deal with this matter afterwards but this Mary was mean, offensive and refused our request. We have been long time supporters of this course and feel offended by our treatment, We have not heard back from the Manager as of 7pm Sunday evening. Another couple from Chillicothe was there dealing with this same issue. We are embarrassed to say the least when recommending this course to others. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot this morning so one would think they could use the business. This course is not worth this stress! We have reported this on Golf Now Website,

Fun little course. If you can drive it 300 yards you can go for the green on nine out of ten par fours. Greens are pretty beat up on some holes but most are fine and all are playable. Clubhouse staff is polite and the soda machines are only a buck fifty :) Would rate a five if the greens were cleaned up a little.

Mom & pop course and no pretentious a-holes pushing you whine on the course. 18 hole and a short par 3 course. Clean, friendly with updated carts and always affordable.

Piss poor excuse for a golf course..no defining cart paths..greens were in horrible condition.crabgrass everywhere..hate i wasted my time and money

Great course, and friendly staff. Offers an executive course 18 and a par 3 9 hole course. Very nice casual place to get in a round of golf.
