I was at the bills game and at the start of the 4th quarter one of the event crew forced my wife and I to leave the stadium because my shirt, which is one of the more popular ones in Cleveland, said "Meet Dick. Dick is a steelers fan. Dont be a Dick." As you can see if you are more literate than the woman that ejected us is that it is using the word dick as the proper name that some people go by. After she escorted us out of the stadium she continued to follow us and harass us outside of the stadium. I forgot to get her name, but I pulled my phone out once I realized that she wasnt going to stop harassing us, even though were were not in the stadium any longer. Ill be posting the video online with the details of what happened along with photos of me in the shirt. I used to be a die hard Browns fan, but now cause the nfl profit shares Im strictly a college football fan, and I will go out of my way to not financial support the nfl or its advertisers.

I have had the privilege of visiting some awesome pro sports stadiums in the past 12 months, and I have to say I am a little disappointed with the Browns stadium. While the food, beer, merchandise, etc was fine, I thought the overall experience was just weird. Now maybe its just because I am used to the way my home stadium feels and how elective it was but it felt like the fans were kind of quiet and not really all there. Having said that, I believe that Browns fans are some of the best and most loyal fans out there. To put up with a program as atrocious as theirs for that long is quite the testament. Also, the security line went really fast, and for the money, our seats were really good. Had a lot of fun!

Its pretty much a disaster here, even aside from the terrible football. Prices are far too high for the value. Bud Light every 20 feet and one miserable little craft beer stand?? $11 for 18 oz?? Bathrooms seem to have zero thought put into having lines form outside of them. Security to get in was non-communicative and irritated at questions... And almost no one was in line. Looks decent on the outer, scoreboard is cool, generally cleanish. But all around its an old cement tomb with expensive, low-quality food and drink. Take a tip from the Q and the Jake: Modernize. Fire Aramark. Change up the cement corridor experience.

Recently went to see U2 in Cleveland OH and it was one of the best experiences Ive had in years. Cab service from the Airport was easy and seamless (a first in my travels) to the Holiday Inn at the Clinic. The hotel was modern, new and beautiful. The Stadium from the hotel was a short 15 minutes and entry was easy and smooth. The venue U2 put together on their last stop in North America was amazing. The stadium made the experience worthy and memorable! I would visit again!

Its easy for fans of winning football teams to be outgoing and nice to an opposing teams fan base because, in short, theyre probably going to beat you. At Browns Stadium we know this is not the case and consequently youre probably going to be verbally assaulted. Until our team starts winning on a relatively regular basis Id say you are best off to keep your Steelers championship jersey in the closet. Mmmm Kay? Thanks for coming out to the game though ;-)

Very nice stadium but they wont let women take purses in if they are over a certain size. This is understandable with the world today however there are no signs warning you of this until you actually try to enter. Parking was not close & we walked prob 1.5 miles there to have to just go back to the lot to drop off purses or wait 1.5 hrs to check your purse & pay $10. Overly priced beverages & food just like any other stadium

A great place to spend a Sunday full of soul-sucking, confidence-bursting fun. Nicknamed the "mistake by the lake" and built by General Custer in 1896, FirstEnergy stadium boasts some of the best views on Cleveland of the most mediocre play in the league. Dont forget to stop by the souvenir shop to pick up a Brady Quinn, Colt McCoy, Brandon Weeden, Jason Campbell, Brian Hoyer, or Josh McCown jersey. #FailForCardale

Attended U2 concert on July 1. Had mixed experience with various employees. Guest services were helpful and pleasant. Customer service people likewise. Lady who was head of the ticket office was rude and refused to talk with us over ticket issue. Some ushers were also rude. Trying to toss us out before floor people were out. People could learn from folks at the Q. Concert was great! U2 rocks!

Clean stadium . Is a bit on the corporate side . Should be programs for under privileged youth to be able to go to games . I know when i was a poor child i could not go to a game . It would have made memories to last a life time. Makes for browns fans for generations to come . As of now poor children will never get to experience a game :( Make it happen ... Make life long fans ☺

Took my son to see his favorite team play my favorite team (Go Browns!) I could not believe how much the crowd has changed. Loved the old days when everyone was die-hard. But, I did fear taking my son (Patriots fan) to the game with his team colors exposed... Turns out the place has become way more inviting, family fun, enjoyable. Thanks for the GREAT day

I liked it better when it was Cleveland Browns Stadium. Its the Home of the Browns though, so, that gets it a few stars. Its an incredible place and usually when I go there, theres lots of fun wild weird people. You can scream and cry surrounded by brothers and sisters in brown and orange. I love it there. But, I really wish they hadnt changed the name.

No place to sit down and eat your food besides you seat unless youre VIP of course Progressive Field so much better owners of the Browns dont care about anything as long as theyre making a money the Indians however wont have fans if they dont make the place cozy when the Indians are bad but the Browns make money no matter if theyre bad or good

A surprisingly efficient stadium. The bowl is quite steep, and there are not any terrible views. Though being located waterside, parking was not a big deal (though be prepared to pay 20-30 dollars). Its located in probably the nicest part of Cleveland and particularly with the amount of people there on game day, it feels quite safe.

The product on the field speaks for itself, but once you enter the concourses, things get weird. Ordered a soda, did not receive a lid. Upon request, I was asked if I was a Season Ticket Holder. While standing there in my Giants Jersey, I was informed that lids are only offered to Season Ticket Holders. Oddest rule I have ever seen.

Horrible stadium. Impossible to walk around in there. If you go to top of stadium and need to go to other side, you have to go all way back down to ground floor. Trying to buy tickets, waited in line half hour, get up there and they say they only sell tickets on last 2 windows. Been to many stadiums, worse by far.
