I love going to all the Cleveland signs, this one is just really close to downtown, but not too close, I love the view I get either during the day or at night with the lights. City scapes are so beautiful, Cleveland is my favorite.

It is a sign. I dont know what else to say. If no one is there then you have a great photo you can take. This is a great place as well for family photos, too.
