Played here on two occasions within the past week. A very well maintained and challenging track. The front 9 is absolutely gorgeous while the back feels a little cramped with 3 par 3s and 2 par 4s that are a little quirky. Greens were fast and pins were tucked in some very tricky locations. Most greens are medium sized and almost all have ridges/false fronts on them. The rates are VERY reasonable at $31 for 18 and cart on weekdays, and $36 on weekends. My only complaint was slow play on both occasions. During my first trip we were stuck behind 2 foursomes and our round took just over 5 hours. During this last round we were behind a group of 4 with 1 rider and 3 walkers and the round took around 4.5 hours. On neither occasion were we invited to play through despite catching these groups on the tee very early on the front side. Overall, this is worth the 50 minute drive from Athens for the nice layout, reasonable prices and excellent conditions.

Customer service better than most. Tough greens. Stay below the hole. If you get in trees dont be a hero, get out. Fun, fun course. Also if other courses are unplayable because of wet conditions, head to Pine Hills, theyll probably have carts in fairway.

Very well kept course!! Everything was great. The only thing I would change is being able to split a cart fee between two players. Im from Kansas and that is the norm there. I mean why should two players pay full price for one cart??

Started behind a 5some 730 on a Saturday morning then they had a shotgun start outing go off before we got to the 9th hole 5 and a half hours later we finished they will never get another 36 dollars from me

Lovely day. Fairways in great condition, greens very receptive and quick. Very few straight putts. Do not be above the hole, may roll to edge of green.
