Fathers Day. Waited 50 minutes for our food while watching other customers walk out. My daughter and I are not from the area so we did not know what else was around so we toughed it out and hoped for the best. Menu was impressive, if only the food that was served was correct and hot I would have given another star. The only saving grace was the bartender who came over. She really hustled and did her best when she saw that our waitress was neglecting us. I still gave her a good tip because I felt so sorry for her. I would rather have a hot dog at a gas station than to try this place again. I have never written a bad review before, but management really needs to learn how to fix this.....Sorry Gears and Cheers.

This is the worst food and service in the city of Cleveland! Dont waste your money or calories on the terrible food. BBQ brisket was fatty beef cut incorrectly and swimming in sauce to hide the poor quality. We wanted salad bar but it was covered in fruit flies and no one removed anything or tried to change out the product. This was our second visit because our first was just as bad, I thought it was an off day but it how they do business. I sent an email to them but no one even contacted me regarding the bad food and service! Lunch for 4 adults and 2 small kids over $100 excluding tip and they cant call and even apologize? Save your money!

Friday night after a certain time the food menu changes because of the bands that play. The special menu is much smaller in selection and is limited to burgers, wings, a salad, and pizza. I went with the barbecue burger and I was not disappointed. The homemade BBQ sauce is perfect and the BBQ straws are really good. Especially considering I dont like onion straws. The server was very attentive and our food came out quickly. The only thing is they need to have extra napkins at the table, especially if you get wings or the BBQ burger.

Bring your checkbook! I ordered a magarita on the rocks, and my wife ordered a frozen margarita. Both were $6.00(last summer we were charged only $5.00. ) Frozen margarita was in a big glass, my "on the rocks margarita was in a small rock glass. Who serves a margarita in a rock glass? Fish fry special, 3 pieces of fish , french fries, and cole slaw(that they forgot and I had to ask for) was $13.95 (can get the same anywhere else for $9.95.) .Waited forever for food. Very disappointed in prices!

We have come here for the last couple of years too bring in the new year and have always enjoyed the great time,BUT THIS YEAR IS THE WORST TIME EVER!!!!! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR TWO HOURS FOR OUR DINNER TO COME OUT AND THERE IS NOT THAT MANY PEOPLE HERE,THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE I CANT BELIEVE THIS,YOU WOULD THINK THAT A MANAGER WOULD COME OUT AND TELL US SOMETHING, BUT NO ONE CAN TELL US ANYTHING, WORST TIME EVER

The worst dining experience Ive ever had.....Service was terrible - we had to ask for silverware! Most of us went for the clambake, which was horrible, dried out chicken, corn in a bowl, closed clams??? and we had to ask for the chowder! Would not recommend or ever go back.

Had the best burger; a blend of briskit & ground beef....so yummy, topped with 2 cheeses, awesome bacon, grilled onions lettuce & tomato. It was messy but worth it. Good service in an interesting biker-themed environment. Would visit again

It was terrible it took 30 min just to get drinks and 45 min to get take our order and they messed up the order when the food came out, it also looked like it was sitting out for a while. Really disappointed I hoped it would be a good place.

First time here and my food took an hour and a half to get to my table..once pizza got here it was still raw..been waiting for my childs food which was chicken fingers and fries and its still not here..i dont think i would ever come back

Went there with some fellow car club members, all the food was very good a couple of the guys had not been there before and expressed how much they liked the place, and said they would definitely return. We all left happy.

Theyve ended the lunch buffet so our church group will be looking for a new place. Blah. Visit here weekly for the weekend lunch buffet. Usually its very good. They have one side for breakfast and one for lunch.

Wings r great. Bartender is trying, just needs to get the hang of the place. Every time we go there they have a new bartender.
