Took my son for his 8th birthday (and his first live baseball game) on April 8, 2016 and stood in the will call line for over an hour. I called repeatedly and was told that Chad was on his way... Chad was going to fix it and excuse after excuse. The lady answering the phone said there were six will call windows open and I said no there are two, because I am standing here looking at it. The line did not move for over thirty minutes. The game started on time, even though, most of the attendants were still standing outside in the will call line. When we finally got our tickets (the kids and I went to sit while my husband got dinner) we went in to even longer lines for food. By the time my husband brought back our food it was ice cold and the ketchup, mustard and other condiments were empty. The whole stadium was a mess. No one knew what was going on and no one knew how to fix it. It was by far my worst experience at a stadium and live sporting event. When I approached an employee to ask who to call and complain to, they did not know who or how to do so and advised me that they were just overwhelmed. The issue was not in the ticket purchase line, which meant the will call tickets had already been purchased, which translates too, we just do not know how to schedule for the capacity of tickets we pre-sell??? I felt terrible for my son, who again was there for his first baseball game and for his birthday (because this is what he asked for). After he ate his cold hot dog, he asked if we could just go because, he was not having fun and he would rather go swimming. In the car he and his friend who I also paid for said they would rather save their money than go to see the Manatees play baseball. I spent $54.50 just for the tickets and another $50 for cold hot dogs and cokes. When I asked the lady on the phone how to get my money back, the only response she gave was, I dont know, we dont handle that. Shame on you! If you do not know, you go find out!!! I will never purchase tickets for any event at this stadium. I have also called and left messages on Chads (general manager) voicemail to discuss a refund and he has not returned calls.

The stadium vendors selling drinks and cotton candy walking up and down the stairs are not acceptable during spring training games. One of the scary vendors who was selling cotton candy to the children had a large upside down star on his leg visible to everyone which means he worships the devil/satan. This is not acceptable and maybe this is one of the reasons, the Nationals are leaving and the Manatees want to leave. A background check of these vendors would be interesting. This will scare people off, as I couldnt believe what I was seeing, considering Space Coast is a very conservative area. All the vendors looked like they were on work release.

My brother loves sports, and needs accessible seats for his wheelchair. Your website is the only one Ive used that allowed me to pick our seats just like a regular ticket. It was so easy! Previously I have spent a lot of time when purchasing NFL, concert and soccer tickets trying to insure correct seating before the event. Then 2 out of 3 times we have arrived and it wasnt accessible. At your stadium, we were able to just relax and enjoy the games. I also appreciated how helpful the staff are. Thanks!

Bought 6 tickets for a March game against the Mets. We drove the three hours to the stadium but the game was rained out. We followed the proper procedure to get a refund; send the unused tickets certified mail to the address we were instructed to send to. Six weeks later, no refund, no word from the office, no nothing despite the fact that the certified letter was received. Be careful buying tickets from them because if the game is rained out you will be out the money.

Good Family Night We went to a Brevard County Manatees game during a trip to the Space Coast. It was an inexpensive night at the ballpark with your typical Minor League entertainment. One tip if you bring kids - in the middle of the 6th inning they let the kids run from centerfield to third base chasing Manny the Manatee.

What a rip off, $5.00 to park then $15.00 to just walk and eat, not interested in rides but if you want to enter at all you have to pay for wrist band, family of three $50.00 to walk in then food is extra, they would have made more money off of the food and games, who can afford $50.00 before food anyway ?

We love going to the Manatees games here at Space Coast Stadium, sorry to see them leave. Very nice intimate ballpark with all the amenities. Parking lot needs to be updated, parts of it are dirt and really gets messy when it rains, other than that its a wonderful venue.

We come down from Minnesota with thoughts of a game. The website shows a full schedule for 2017. We get to the stadium and it looks like a war zone. Damn people need to update their public information for those of us who dont live there. THUMBS DOWN!

Beautiful and very well maintained Space Coast Stadium offers semi professional baseball games and it is a lot of fun to go out there with your friends and family! They also have some good food to enjoy while you are there!

I am glad I finally came out here before the Manatees move away. I cant imagine what this place is going to be like when the new contract takes over but it feels like a family run business now!

Good stadium to watch a minor league baseball game. General admission is nice allowing fans to set where they would like. Great atmosphere. Beautiful sunset during the game I was at.

I love baseball and this place makes me sad. Very over priced tickets and concessions. The sound system is dated, and the commentators sound bored of their jobs. All around not good.

Great place for family time. Tickets are inexpensive and its a great way to get outdoors. They even have fireworks some nights, or nights when you can bring your dogs.

Volunteered here a few times; the ambience is as nice as the staff, though the stadium appears rusty and unkept in a few areas, otherwise it is very beautiful.

Very nice park. But the dirt parking is awful if you get any rain. And the parking staff is very rude and unhelpful.

The stadium was clean. Close up veiw of the players. Food was a bit pricey. Bleacher seats were uncomfortable.

Wonderful day in the sun, if only the Detroit Tigers had hit a few more balls it would have been a great day.

Renovated by USSSA ( United States Specialty Sports). Now , it is a fully equipped and modern stadium.
