I attended a Holiday luncheon with my work group at Prestonwood. The dining hall was beautiful as was the staff. From the buffet, I cant say the food was to my liking. I found some of the meats to be dry and a but tough, while some of the sides were cold. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and when I went to take a sip of my drink, I found an ant on my lemon. When I called it to the attention of the server who was assigned our table, he was very apologetic. At the time, he did not offer me anything more. Later when he came to refill the tables drinks, he apologized again and asked if I wanted anything else. A few moments after that, the floor manager, I think, who was an older African American woman came over and apologized. She offered to remove one meal from the "members" lunch tab. And that was that. That was satisfactory for the member, but what about the person who had the bad experience. All in all, the event was nice and my co-workers all seemed to enjoy the outing. As I said, the wait staff but was very apologetic, but I feel as if more could have been done.

I like to work out at night and every time I stay late to work out theres only a couple of people in the gym. Tonight I was the last person in the gym to work out and there was fifteen minutes left til closing and a lady came in and turned off the tv I was watching and threw out my cup and took my towel although she didnt know those were mine she could have asked. I was also about to go use the other part of the gym but she had already locked it and turned the lights off. So I decided to leave since I felt like I was being rushed to leave even though it wasnt closing time yet, as I was walking into the bathroom the lights were turned off also. Needless to say this hasnt been the first time I have felt rushed to leave even when there was about 10-15 minutes til closing. I will not be coming back to this gym anymore, if you are going to have the gym opened to a certain time it should be open until that time not closing early just because its not packed with people, considering the amount of money people pay to be members there.

Honestly, like so many, I rarely take the time to write reviews of positive experiences. But, I had to take the time to write about my experience with Prestonwood. I had my wedding there in February and couldnt have been happier with the experience. I worked with Joey and his customer service is amazing. I work in Marketing and plan events as a part of my job. Venue events/catering managers are often a pain to deal with, whether because they are unresponsive, unorganized or just incompetent. Joey was great and offered his perspective based on his experience, without ever being pushy. I highly recommend Prestonwood. We had a buffet dinner and everyone loved it. The food was delicious and the Prestonwood staff was wonderful.

We held a reception here - approximately 90 people for a lunch/afternoon reception. Jo-Anne was amazing to work with. She took care of every detail prior to the event and was incredibly responsive to email. The staff working the reception were all professional, helpful, and nice. Many guests complimented the buffet, and especially the dessert buffet. Honestly, I was busy with my professional work leading up to the event and never even asked details about the "assorted desserts" and I was floored by the variety, quantity and quality. Thanks so much for the worry-free experience.

Really nice pool. Exercise facility is lacking in option compared to others in the area. Needs to come into tbe 21st centurys. Very lacking in understand the way people work and relate these days. Very few options and opportunities for dual working families. Assumes all mothers are stay at home moms and the are very few options for working moms.. Very old school views, males oriented views, old views. I have been very disappointed with the club since I joined excepted much for tbe cost and monthly fees. You get more from the local YMCA...

A university graduation event was held here that I had the privilege of attending. The location and facilities were beautiful, clean, and luxurious, and the food was well-arranged and cooked to perfection. The docked star is for the rather disorganized wait staff: throughout the meal they had trouble delivering the vegetarian and gluten-free menu options to the correct people (though in the end everyone received the appropriate food). Other than that one complaint, everything else was pristine, and I would highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the beauty and the tall ceilings, but the food was a bit of a let down. It was a little hit or miss, but apparently it has that reputation. If I were a member here, Id be upset that the quality isnt better. It ought to be good enough that Id genuinely want to eat there, not adequate. One thing I appreciated was how attentive the wait staff were. Theres better restaurants in town, but the beauty of the place and the view of the courses outside will always impress.

I just had dinner in the Red Fox tonight, what the country club calls their bar and grill. Everything was terrible, I came as a guest of some members and I could tell even they were mortified. I asked if there was a head chef we could speak to but the server seemed to not have an answer. I was shocked that a country club with such an exciting menu would be so disappointing.

Came here for a business meeting, and wish I could have tried the tennis courts. Not much of a golfer, but heard great things about their courses as well. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the buffet was probably the best buffet Ive experienced outside of Vegas. If you can, get their signature chocolate cake. Easily the BEST chocolate cake Ive ever had. Hands down.

I was a member for 20 years through my parents ........im glad im not anymore! They renovated and it looks cheaper then it did before. Also they cut the fitness instructors and now have exercise videos on demand! How cheap and unclassy!!!!! Do not join....not worth what you pay!

Resort-styled private country club with wide variety of amenities. An incredible deal, thanks in part to being owned by a local software magnate who takes great pride in the club and has a history of keeping dues / prices at reasonable levels.

The clay tennis courts are awesome! Always love playing there. Also, the Prestonwood buffets are about the best buffet you can find ANYWHERE - hands down. For only around $20.00 you will have the best meal you could dream of....

Truly was worth the drive. The buffet lunch was excellent with a nice array of hot and cold selections as well as the desserts. I do plan on going back again for the next WIRE luncheon meeting for sure!

My Cousin had her wedding reception at this venue and I have to say that the place was beautiful & spacious for a very large crowd. The food was amazing, the staff & servers were beyond exceptional.
