Nice minor league stadium. The second deck can give it a bigger feel at times but the concessions, team store, scoreboard and trees beyond the outfield wall all remind you its a small stadium in a medium sized city. The stadium placement is curious, its in an industrial area on the edge of less than stellar residential neighborhoods. The stadium and most of it parking are far enough from the neighborhoods that they are completely safe and free of vagrants. But this also means the immediate surrounding areas are void of open businesses like bars and restaurants (so no walking from your favorite bar to the ball game). I loved that you can see the entire field from the main concourse, you can walk it foul pole to foul pole and not miss a pitch. Also the train tracks just beyond left field add a nice touch, they are busy most nights with multiple trains passing in a single game. Oh and the fans? Syracuse fans are amazingly friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A very good place to watch a ball game.

A great night out for the whole family. Easy parking on the way into the stadium. Ease at entrance, concessions were abundant and speedy lines. The bar boy was very entertaining during breaks In the game. The fireworks show was great and the kids were excited. The most difficult was exiting. There was no assistance by the stadium to ease the exiting congestion. Other attendees werent very gracious nor believed in the rule, "let a car in, then you go, another car gets let into the line, then the next..." so it was ALOT of sitting, and waiting and no movement. Close to 40 minutes to exit, needs to be addressed.

I walked over from the Pilot Truck Stop ( about a mile and a 1/4) and had a really good time. Plenty of seats, which is a shame, because its a nice park and the Chiefs play pretty good ball. My second time here, I splurged and paid $20 for a front row seat right behind home plate. Havent had a seat that close since Little League. By the way, for night games, get tickets on the third base side, the Sun on the first base side is rather oppressive as it sets. Food was real good and reasonably priced, though the drinks were a bit pricey. All in all, a good time. Good day, Good Baseball.

I am puzzled why the Chiefs have attendance woes. Tickets are not expensive. The promotions are interesting and fun. Thursday is $1 day. $1 for a hot dog or coke. $2 beer. Fireworks on Friday nights. Early start times for night games now. Why are college students not flocking to games on Thursday? Parking is easy. The only down side is the team has been bad for a while. As of today though the Chiefs have a .500 record. The GM is doing a great job. I attended a game already and plan to make a visit regularly.

Great food, in-game atmosphere was above average, and they had impressive post-game fireworks. For a ball park approaching 20 years, I thought it had the proper upgrades and amenities. My only knocks are the location of the stadium (its in the big plot of land off the beaten path next to an Amtrak station) and $5 was pretty steep to park. If this was in the downtown it would be 5 starts, no doubt.

Saturday 8/5/17 was great fun and I got to enjoy a game where fans scream and yell for once.I was there for my red wings. Its nice not to sit in a stadium like Frontier Field where I have to go all the time because there my team but I feel like Im at a funaral most of the time. Thank so much for a good time. Blair

The stadium is my favorite place in Syracuse. Clean and good food as others have stated. Best firework show Ive seen live, every Friday, some Saturdays and the July 4th show is a must see. See the players of tomorrow today. My son got an autograph one week and the next week the player was playing in Washington.

I like going to games here, but it is definitely not handicap friendly. Had a very difficult time there taking my Dad who needs a walker and were assured a place where we could all sit together(7 of us) but they all required my dad to walk down stairs which he cannot do. We ended up finding our own seats

The bathrooms were clean. Seating area clean & clearly labeled. Security was a good mix of firm but reasonable. Tickets were easily obtained, staff was polite. The field was well maintained. Entertainment during the game was good. Great atmosphere for families!

I was most recently here on the Fourth of July. Sold out crowd (>12,000) meant it was difficult to leave. However, the crowd is usually much smaller and entering/walking around/exiting are pretty easy. Fireworks in the Fourth are always great here!

Nice minor league ballpark and a great deal for a game. Can definitely bring the whole family without going broke. Food options are plentiful and pretty good for stadium Food! Also, a really good beer selection for a minor league park.

This is a great ballpark. Lots of families out to enjoy a beautiful day. Eat before you come, especially if youre feeding little ones, as the food and snacks are a bit pricey. Great events and fireworks at home games on Fridays.

Getting up close to the action is always a joy. Like most of major and minor league baseball an annealing changing, creative food menu if available. Local baseball here in syracuse has a long, proud tradition.

A great minor league park. Always fun, no matter when I go. Great views of the field no matter where you sit. Beware if the sun is setting and you are sitting on the 1st base line, make sure to bring sunglasses.

Attended a Chiefs game and there really is not a bad seat in the park. We were there for the 4th of July fireworks show and it was great. My 6 year old daughter saw her first fireworks show and was amazed.

It would be nice to know when the porch is not available before we come to the game. The last two times we have come, there have been parties. Had we known in advance we would have come tomorrow.

I just flat out love baseball at any level!! NBT Stadium is your classic Triple A stadium. The fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights are well worth the price of admission.

Good food and had a great time. The food was overpriced but thats to be expected at a ball park. The park was clean at the start of the game and the facilities are updated.

The Chiefs are a wonderful organization with some quality people. Jason Smorol and his crew are bringing fun baseball back to the city and are an asset to the community

Game was great. The $4 Hoffman coony would have been better if there was mustard available, and the bun wasnt stale (after a 15 minute wait).
