This is a beautiful place to golf but sadly nothing else is that great. The staff is not very knowledgeable or smart. I booked a room at the motel, upon check in we were given our key got to the room and it was only one bed when I had requested two. Was given a new room key and the room was severely outdated and dirty. Bugs and cobwebs around and disgusting floors. The linens were clean however. The bathroom was extremely small and very outdated. They did put in flat screen TV show with directv though. The motel needs a makeover for sure. After a few minutes we requested to move to one of their new barn rooms, however the girl at the desk did not mention it was only one bed (my fault for not asking too). She also was unsure of anything in the room and if the kitchen was usable. We did not get to the room until late in the evening and they have no on call staff so if you have any concerns or need anything there is no one there to talk to. The room was very nice and new but very small. No couch, just 2 chairs. But again flat screen TV and directv. No extra pillows or blankets which made it difficult for 3 people to sleep in a full size bed with only 2 pillows and one blanket. In the morning we requested to move to one of their townhouses. It was a much bigger space but outdated and dirty. The carpets were cleaner than the motel but lots of bugs, spiderweb and cobwebs. When we first entered the room the water system was beeping and then we realized there was no running water. I called the office to find out they close at 7pm and only restaurant staff is there until 9pm. Thankfully my husband figured out how to get the water turned on. The kitchen was severely outdated the appliances had to be from 80s or earlier. The fridge smelled the dishwasher had a note that it did not work. I didnt even bother checking the stove or if they even had a microwave. It did have a nice view and for most the night it was quiet. It is an old location and probably does not get enough guest to warrant updating everything. I would only recommend the room at the barn but the staff and restaurant are mediocre. My family holds an annual Golf tournament there and have been good to them regarding that. The rooms are definitely not worth the price though. Motel is $119/night, barn is $199/night and the townhouses range from $159-250/night. For that price they could be nicer and possibly include breakfast. Definitely needs work all around. Also their is no pool as shown on Google and listed on other sites. Even when you get there they have signs for a pool but they must have removed it or filled it in. They do have lake front swimming and a small dock however no signs for direction to the lake and the road is terrible.

Absolutely an amazing place. I stopped in for lunch and a quick beer. As I walked in a was able too see the wonderful decor and of course the ambiance was top notch. After checking out the menu I decided on having the filet mignon. I ordered it medium rare and I have too say it was perfect. Cooked too excellence. The vegetables and potatoes were also amazing. The view while I was eating was also spectacular. The outside deck is also a huge plus. I also must add, the service. Woooooow. the bartender was Amazing. Above and beyond. Between the food and the lovely and amazing service. I give this place ten stars. Definitely a number one spot.

I was enjoying a party last week at wolfs catering room and I must say it was incredible the food was a simple dish however the kitchen staff did a great job making the best chicken marsala lol... not sure who was the chef... but it was yummy... I had a great night and I stayed at the condos ... its definitely a old fashion style place ..I guess that part makes the course unique... it has a gorgeous view to the lake and peaceful as heaven. .. for sure no way I can find that in the city ... so Ill like to thank the staff and the place for the wonderful weekend

Hi!! I am the executive chef of Tennanah lake, and I would like to apologize to Melissa Salinas for the way she felt about this amazing place I work for. Also I would like to say, we definitely have an old fashion style in Tennanah but it is what many people and I personaly love about this place. We have beautiful sites for your events and a magnificent restaurant, with a flavorfull and diverse menu. I invite you to come and have a great time. And if you come up here, make sure you mention about my review to get desert on the house. See you soon.

This place is a DIVE (meaning a dump!) Plus they lied to us, saying there was a pool (not open and totally trashed) and a restaurant which there was BUT also NOT open - In fact nothing was open, the place was deserted. False advertising, misleading and horrible beds, bathrooms and NO heat.

I was shocked at how beautiful this place was. The restaurant we are at was elegant, nicely priced and if it wasnt at the top of the world I would frequent it more. The local school has their prom at wolf lodge and the photo ops are plentiful. If you love golf and good good its a must.

Beautiful golf and tennis club. Course is well kept, as are the rest of the grounds. This is more of a place to get away from it all, not as modern, yet quaint.

Great weekend of golf for many years now. Even with poor weather and power outages we had a blast
