This movie theater has been a great experience for me. Popcorn, drinks, hotdogs and candies all tasty and affordable. Its a clean movie theater and has kept its character. I love going here with my friends and family. The experience is worth much more than the small amount one is charged at entry and for snacks. I used attend the Galleria AMC theater but why go there when I can get a comparable experience at a more affordable rate. Since, I am a Warwick resident, the distance is not the issue, its the quality of the theater, customer service and people that make the difference. Its equally clean as the AMC Galleria Theater and just as enjoyable; only difference is affordability and more intimate surrounding.

What a delightful surprise! Were accustomed to broken seats, filthy floors, grimy projector lenses, broken speakers, disgusting bathrooms and rude staff. MACC Cinema is wonderful! So clean, so professionally operated, such helpful & courteous employees.And a terrific lineup of movies. Weve been driving quite a distance to Rhinebeck or Pleasantville to watch independent films. Thank you for such a superb job.

At the beginning of July this theater went down hill faster then a runaway train. The movies are never the new releases, the movies start late, the movies are out of focus, the theaters are filthy with litter, the floors are stickier then the inside of a roach motel, and the management is down right rude as they come. They made me feel as welcome there as a leper on spring break in Cancun Mexico.

Took the whole family to see Alice in wonderland.. Spent a fortune with the extra $3.00 surcharge.. That was not too bad but the dirty glasses were gross... I have gone to many 3d movies in other theaters and the glasses were sanitized and plastic wrapped when given out! Get your act together Monroe.. You want to charge the big bucks then give us what we pay for!

I would not recommend this theater to anyone. They take your money and thats it. They dont tell you which theater the movie is in and had to pick out 3D glasses from a box full of used and dirty glasses. Once I cleaned the glasses I still couldnt see out of them. Horrible customer service!!!

The theater is fairly clean but sadly understaffed. It is unfortunate that something that started out with such potential could go to ruin so quickly. I live in Monroe and I would much rather this theater than nothing at all. It just needs a good manager.

I think this place just went out of business. It started off great, having a theatre closer than Vails Gate, but the quality of the place went down hill. Blurry 3d movies, stale popcorn etc. Good Riddance

I find the theater to be quite comfortable and ridiculously empty. There is no other theater in Monroe and I think the boycott should be curtailed so people can watch wonderful movies close to home.

Limited choice of snacks, popcorn was over cooked, and most of the candy displayed is not available. Lastly, the show times listed online are almost always different from the actual showings

Found a treasure. A country theater, offering an array of films. Classy lobby, good seats, good parking. To boot, apres movie leads to a pleasant walk along the lake.

I love the theater but suggest they put the movie times on the marquee. Not everyone has a computer to look up the titles and show times. Cheap is dear in the end.
