Niagara Landing had always been my favorite winery in the area, until this past weekend. I came in with my husband shortly before a large group came in. We were near another couple who had already started tasting. An older woman with short hair and glasses took care of us. The whole tasting lasted about 5 minutes, maybe less because she was rushing us so fast, because Im assuming she wanted to take care of the large party. I have been to this winery so many times and have always enjoyed the staff and their tasting sizes are decent. Well this woman talked so fast I couldnt understand her and gave me literally a sip of each wine, while continuously looking at the large party like she couldnt wait to help them. I have never felt so unwelcomed. Usually my husband and I buy 4 or 5 bottles of wine every time we go, but not this time. Possibly never again. The other couple near us received triple what we were given and had what looked to be a pleasant conversation with the employee who was helping them. I regret not saying something at the time, but I had such a bitter taste in my mouth I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Maybe you should treat your loyal customers a little better instead of catering to large parties who are only there to get drunk.

took money for tasting from a group then told them they were drunk kick them out in front of all there other customers yelling get the f out of our store didnt give money back for tasting!!! I went talk to the owner to get money back ...he the owner said "are you defending them f******g drunks?" could not show me video of them being drunk and rude in the business... when manager said she had video ! owner was nothing but a rude jerk so are there staff then the owner after giving money back came out to my car when I was leaving still swearing at me telling me that he has called other winerys to keep that whole group out of there winerys

I am a wine connoisseur and I go all over to find new wines. I have been to Paris and Spain previously to collect wines. Niagara Landing is one of my more recent ones that I have found and I really like it. Its a jewel in this area.

Niagara landing had a huge bar to accommodate large groups and other guests. We were still able to fine a spot at the bar and get served. They have a lot of staff. This place was great.

Some of the most interesting wines I have ever tasted. The tastings were so reasonable- $2 for 4 tastings. I would definitely recommend. Try the Chocolate Dream Wine!
