I wish this course wasnt 2 min from my house because I would never play it. Unfortunately the convenience factor brings me back. First there is no potable water on the course. How hard is it to put a few jugs of water out there? The cheapest munis have water on the course. If youre not going to have water on the course have a drink cart girl. Ive never seen one in all the times Ive played. The one man bathrooms are disgusting. Its like a bathroom in a public park. The halfway house usually is never open until 11ish on the weekends. The club house offers no food or snacks. So if youre an early morning player you better back a lunch with lots of water. The starters are terrible. One round this year they held up the entire tee sheet while a group waited for their fourth to show up. We teed off 15-20 min late. The starter kept saying he had a full sheet until 1pm. Then why hold everything up? This week we were playing with an inexperienced golfer who was very nervous on the first tee. He took two swings and misses and the starter was shouting "he has to pick up". Those two swings took about 15 seconds. The starter came over and told us he had to pick up because he had tee times every 7 minutes and the next group was waiting. I looked back and there was no one anywhere near the first tee. The fact that they still charge $55 is a crime. The value just isnt there. This place is really resting on its reputation and has done nothing to improve the course over the past few years. I wish Arrowhead and Glen Oak would switch places.

I held an outing here in 2009 and I have played it a few more times since then and I figured I would add my experience. First, I enjoyed the course and the layout despite finding the sand A LOT. For the most part, the course is well-maintained and good for all players. The carts are all equipped with a GPS system which is really a fun little luxury to play around with. I found the individuals to be helpful and willing to work with me on any thing I might need help with. One of the best things they did was set our little tournament up with the "leaderboard" on the on-cart gps system. It was great seeing how everyone else was playing and to see how knowing scores affected the way the golfers played the final hole knowing what the scores were at the end. I would definitely hold a tournament here or play here again. At my tournament, they

ARROGANT WORKER When I walked in the building, I was looking for the banquet manager and finally found her after looking for her for a half an hour. I wish I wouldnt have found her. She was rude, disrespectful, and treated me worse than the ground she walked on. I have never dealt with a nastier person in my life. She made me so mad that I was shaking. I never knew a person could be so condescending towards another. That is no way to treat a worm in the ground, nonetheless a customer. Ive been to many country clubs around WNY and was NEVER treated this way.

Played the course the other day for a Tournament. First time playing it and looooved it!! My new favorite course. Very mature course, plenty of trees and sand-traps strategically placed. the greens were in beautiful shape, well maintained and groomed. Will definitely be playing it again before the end of the season. Carts and the GPS screens were very welcome, was nice to see at a glance who was ahead on blind spots and where to lay up on the course. First time playing this was a nice feature not being familiar.

Janet and the banquet staff are amazing! I went from a beach wedding to a full wedding and had two months to plan it! Janet had vendor info ready when we came in and made it very easy on me to get everything else done. On the day of the wedding everything was flawless, both myself and my husband could not have been more happy! Thank you so much for making out day magical!

The golf course was well maintained and offered a varied course design with different challenges on each hole. My only complaint about the course is the location. Half of the holes are lined with residential housing. That is dozens of homes that are 10-20 yards from the fairway, and their property is off limits if your balls drifts slightly off the fairway.

May 18, 2015... Disappointed playing this course. Greens are littered with debris. Fairways are ok. This course is going down hill and not worth the greens fee. As a Robert Trent Jones course, it could be very nice. I recommend that you do not play until you check the condition of the course. Takes the fun out of golfing when the greens are a mess.

Great course, have run many different events for charitys from this course and the food, staff and course are great. I havent golfed a regular game only scramble formats but everyone had a great time and we have come back because of the customer service we get for each event! Thank you!

Great course. Fairways and Greens kept in great shape. Beautiful design. Carts have GPS, which is awesome. The people who work in the pro shop are the nicest around. Terrific value for a Robert Trent Jones course. My favorite public course to play in Western New York.

Worst run golf facility in Buffalo. No customer service only care about your money. Owner does not have a clue how to run a golf course or how to treat his workers. Ivy Ridge is the perfect example of how to do it right

Its nice to have a Golf Digest Top 100 course so close to me. The GPS makes a 4 stars into a 5. Its nice conversation piece and helpful in choosing clubs.

Over priced with the lack of quality. Unfriendly staff that just wants your money! Plenty of other great courses in the area for less.

Nice public course. Carts have GPS and there is a small bar and grill. A little pricey, but has good spring and fall rates.
