Went there on 6/9/17 around 5:30. The wife and I wanted to go to a place that had a patio since it was nice outside. The place wasnt busy. The bartender on the first floor patio had finished making a martini for another customer as I walked up. I stood there for minutes as the bartender boasted to the customer (who already had his martini) about how well he makes martinis and that other bartenders in this day and age dont make martinis correctly. Well blah, blah, blah, I was okay with that. Being personable is something I like in bartender. I ordered two draft beers and created a tab. The next time I went up for another two drafts, the bartender totally snubbed me. He waited other patrons that came up to the bar after me. He eyeballed me, acknowledging he saw me, and still went to the people that came after me. He knew I was drinking draft beer and had a tab, how easy could it be to quickly pour me my draft beer and send me on my way. But no, he went to the other people first, got their order done, then proceeded to pick up plates left on the bar before looking at me. I felt totally discriminated against. This bartender is totally oblivious to his surrounding or he picks and chooses who he prefers to wait on.

Not sure where to start. I felt like my family and I were on an episode of Bar Rescue. We started off with a party of 12 people, some kids and adults. Of the 6 or 7 video games available for kids 3 did not work. Next, our waitress was having a bad day or just didnt care. As we looked over the menu with our cell phone apps (because it was too dark to see) we were met with moans and comments under the waitresses breath. The food was forgettable as was the overall experience. Lots of employees walking around with no apparent manager or leadership. My guess is the ownership is in over their head or just dont care, this tone seems to have trickled down to the staff. Every question was met with a reply of "Ask the bartender" Is this a kids place, family place, bar or band venue? I am still not sure, I give it 6 months. Stay away

I read the previous comment posted above that it was a very bad experience and I will 100% agree to that. My friend and I went, first off we had to ask to be seated. After we were sat at a table we then looked at the menu and waited for a waiter or waitress to get our drinks. After waiting 5 minutes and still not getting service I was ready to leave, but my friend said lets give it a few more minutes so I said okay. We then sat for 20 minutes still with no service absolutely ridiculous!! So we left, I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service !!!

Four of us us for dinner. Bad food and bad service. We wont go back. Waitress refused to give separate checks, walked away in disgust when we objected, then delayed taking our order for about 25 minutes and finally sent a different waitress. Another 20 to 25 minute delay until food was brought. French fries and grilled chicken sandwiches were cold, at room temp. I contacted the management about our unpleasant experience and have heard nothing back.

Excellent food absolutely huge Place banquet rooms outside bar inside bar theres even a place for entertainment for kids with skee ball and things like that video games theres a stage inside they have live music they have live music outside in the summer when its warm their wings are excellent

Drove an hour to this place because the web site said they opened at 1130am. Got to the place at 2pm and they were closed with no one answering the phone. Should have listened to the reviews I read!! How un-proffesional of this place but from the reviews, no shocker!

We had our wedding here 9-27-14 and just wanted to show alittle love ... Everything was perfect ! Awesome banquet hall. Totally remodeled and beautiful! The Cove helped make our special day perfect
