Played the course a few years ago regularly it was in poor shape and the other players mostly unaware of golf etiquette, finally had enough and went elsewhere. We went back and it is WORSE! We were waived off our own fairway by some guy whose errant tee shot had landed in it. Instead of taking his ball back to his own fairway he decided to just play the wrong way down our fairway and ordered us out of his way! Formerly sandy bunkers have not been raked in ages and are half filled with grass and weeds. Normally we play 9 holes in about 2 hours so we are not slow players but carts were constantly zipping around the holes in no particular order and sometimes cutting right in front of us so we had to wait for them! The fairways are rock hard and mostly dirt which does make for a lot of roll. To be fair the greens are mostly pretty good and the twilight price is cheap but not enough to make up for the rudeness of the clientele.

Friendly staff, good value, and enjoyable golf. The grooming and layout are not the greatest, but not bad -- certainly good enough for practice or an informal round, and priced right. The greens were slow, but ran true. The bunkers were spotty, some with good sand and some like concrete. Most of the par-fours are straight and unimaginative; the challenge is their length. My only real complaint is the sixth hole. If they removed two trees in the left side of the dogleg, it would be a good, strong par-5; as it stands, I thought I was playing the windmill hole on the mini-golf course. I played here today because I was meeting someone who lives nearby. Left a generally good impression. Id be here more often if it werent a 50-minute drive.

Typical Pitch and Putt course. Great staff. Inexpensive. Pros: Well laid out holes with real bunkers that can be in play. Greens are predictable, with no big break on any putt. Nice practice green. Club selection okay. Cons: Tee mats in poor condition. Several holes require long walks between holes. Bunkers are rather hard. (I raked a few to loosen the dirt and cover footprints that previous golfers did not clear) Because of the price and the overall decent facilities, plus being the closest, I will return often!

Friendly staff. The pitch and putt course is perfect for my 7 year old. Perfect distance, decent greens, and real sand traps. The miniature golf is like stepping back in time. Old style course that is fun. The driving range is well kept and the balls are in good shape. The pricing on all three is fair. My 7 year old loves the place. We havent tried the regulation 9 hole course as the youngest age allowed is 12.

Its a great place for a quick affordable game of golf. The pitch and putt is tired but fun, decently well maintained and consistent. The 9 Hole course is simple (Think lots of long straight holes) but its a fun place to play a quick round. It also doesnt take itself too seriously which is great. You can borrow clubs for just about anything. Definitely recommended for the casual golfer!

No, its not Augusta National, but then again you are not paying those rates! I play here often, since 1991. Greens are generally very good shape. Fairways are tight, and can get dry during times of heat and drought. Friendly staff, and you can hit from plastic mats on the range or grass with irons. The pitch and putt is always in good shape to tune your short game, too.

No sharing clubs, and no speciating? I was going to watch my friend play on their course, but when I went with him just to watch a staff member gave us a hard time and said I wasnt allowed to watch. Isnt golf a spectator sport? Prices for the range are okay though. But still, no speciating is ridiculous. And of course they tell us this after he had paid.

This pertains solely to mini-golf. Not very imaginative nor challenging. Mostly arches that are easily passed through.. The obstacles look like they were stapled together from 1/8" plywood leftover from some home DIY project. The big course looked impressive and golfers looked like they were having a great time. But for mini-golf look elsewhere.

9 hole course that you go around twice, not great but a good place for a beginner. Its not terribly challenging, has one real long hole, 615 yards, and a few years back they added some deep pot bunkers to some holes. Driving range is decent, has both mat and grass areas available. There is also a 9 hole par 3 course and a mini golf course.

Played Tara Greens several times last year and I love it. It may not be PGA standards but very nice for the beginner. You driver is your best friend on this course. Its long, there is a 600+ yard hole. Lots of fun and very relaxed. Great fun, long drives and deep bunkers. 1st and 2nd hole you can put it on the green from the tee. Love it.

Inexpensive place to practice. 9 hole course but you can go around twice to play 18. They are lax on things like golf dress code here. Interesting 600 yard par 6 hole. Love how they have a normal driving range with mats, plus a driving range area where you can hit off grass. Pitch and putt as well as mini golf here too.

This course is convenient for the area and they take good care of the actual greens. But the fairways are in horrible shape and I feel like they overcharge for the state of the course. The pitch n putt is worth the $ and nice to warm up your game in the early months.

The service was very good both times we were there (the young guys and the older person). They gave us clubs for all the kids and helped us with directions. The people playing were also nice (unlike other places that they screamed at my kids for making noise).

I typically come here for the driving range. Prices seem fair and conditions are good enough for practice. The mini golf course is a bit old and boring. The 9 hole main course is a waste of time to me, Id rather play 18 elsewhere for the price.

Price is reasonable, greens were nice and clean. Fairways were a little dry. Overall a good value play. Today was little slow on a Sunday afternoon. First 9 in 75 min. Second 9 in 2 and a half hours. Will return.

Mini golf course is torn up. Holes filled with water, dilapidated obstacles, ripped up turf. It is a shame. Used to love going here as a kid, but they have let it fall into disrepair. Not worth the 7 bucks.

Easily the most terribly kept course I have ever played on in my life. Fairways were hard patches of dirt with weeds on them, made for a miserable experience. Wouldnt pay more than $10 to golf here.

I really like this courses layout but it needs TLC to be great. Some design enhancements would make it more challenging. I would add a lake or even bunkers on the six and seventh holes.

Not only is it inexpensive, the staff is very friendly not uptight like some places. For less than $20 you can play 18holes and play pitch and put to work on the short game.
