We are a group of 8 friends and, we celebrate our birthdays always going to restaurants. According with the reviews, my friend picked this restaurant to celebrate her birthday and Valentines day. First of all, under the table we saw a cricket, we killed it. The Valentines menu was so limited so, when we asked for the regular menu, a post it note came from the kitchen with 4 or 5 options written down with a pen. Appetizers came looking very dry (the meat) and the tuna ceviche had 4 pieces of tuna only. My friend asked for a coke that never came until 45 minutes after. The meals came, waiter started placing the dishes at the tops of appetizers dishes. My husband told him if would be a better idea to make room for meals. My husbands churrasco came with a gravy than my husband never order. Waiter had to send it back to the kitchen. The ropavieja came with just a little bit of meat, a lot of sauce to cover the lack. And now the worse: waiter told one of my friends when the main food came:" WE DONT HAVE THE CEVICHE THAT YOU ORDERED". She had already the french fries that came as a side dish with the ceviche in front of her.We were never asked if we needed more drinks, waiter came with the check without asking if we wished any dessert. Seen all this, I went to talked with one of the hostess. She apologized and took over with another older waiter.Then, they brought the cake with the candle to the birthday girl, that little cake was charged on the bill. The waiter got the full tip because it was included. Very disappointing experience. No discount was offered or placed on the bill. I dont write reviews. I read them. That s why this time I am writing this one. Customers have the right to be treated with respect,this places are on due to customers money. It is no fair to have this kind of service!! NO WAY TO COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Feb 13th, 2016

Angela, your post is so funny. Made a rez for 8 p.m., two days prior to eating there - we get a call - sorry but the person taking the reservation made a mistake - we can only seat you at 5 or at 10, which one would you like". Ahh, neither Frankly I was looking forward to eating there - but with this attitude should I attempt to make another rez? fyi - after the rez was made, my wife called back and spoke to someone else - just to confirm that we would not be sitting in the bar area - as all reviews say its very noisy there. so why didnt they say something then? possibly they had a regular that called and didnt have the seating time for them - so they thought - why not cancel this rez? not good business - as we could have been regulars

the bouncers are so rude! they seriously throw u out at 1:40am when they close at 2am and they get violent, they punched my friend in the face for no reason.... my friend never gets in fights.... the manager isnt any better by being rude and yelling at you get off "his" property... after we spent $300+ there, such shame, NEVER AGAIN!

Too expensive for the quality of food. White rice tastes awful. Churrasco is great. The servings are too plain. And sides are extra so in reality your plate costs way more. Drinks are really good. But music is very generic at night. The manager Miguel is very accommodating. Wont come here again.

the food was excellent and I went there for their half off tapas menu, and we were stuffed and had drinks for a very cheap price. I plan on coming here at least once a week, delicious food! highly recommended. and the night club at night plays great music and has a great crowd.

6, wait, 7 stars! You have to meet Gregory the bartender. I am extremely impressed with his knowledge, experiences (including as a chef), and stories. The tuna and veggies was superb, and I felt completely at home the entire time. I WILL be returning next time I am in town.
