I called the owner of the ranch a couple months ago when I was first looking for wedding venues and she was kind of rude on the phone. I asked her if I could get some information about the ranch since her website was down so she told me to email her. I then asked her for her email and she said its online, I then told her that her website was down so I didnt see it. She then said with an attitude "yea I know" so I then asked her again for her email when she said "well if you just google us it will be there." I was not near a computer so I asked her if she could just give it to me and its like I put her out just for her to tell me it. After getting off the phone with her I decided not to go look at the venue due to her attitude after a couple months past I decided to give this place another shot thinking maybe she just had a bad day. I then called her and asked her when I would be able to see the venue she told me to come anytime Monday thru Friday between 9-5p.m. She also told me that whenever I get there to go to the second white gate, open it, drive thru, then close it behind me. So my fiance and I decided to go there after I got off of work one day. I arrived at her place and did what she told me to do, once my fiance and I were there we ended up calling her because no one was around to show us where to go once inside. Once she got on the phone I told her we were her and went through the second white gate and we are parked inside, she kind of snapped and said I never told you to park inside. I told her that when I talked to her the week before that is what she told me. She kept just saying to me I never told you that but whatever, I told her I would move but she just kept saying no whatever, its for my boarders, whatever though its fine, kind of snappy. She then told me to just look around then to call her and let her know what I thought. She wasnt coming down to show us around or anything. I have never been there before, I didnt know where to go and where not to go. After about one second after getting off the phone with her I told my fiance we were just going to leave. I didnt need her attitude, if I am a possible paying client I would think she would have put more effort into meeting me or not being so rude. I didnt even look around from what I saw though I would have really liked the place but not her attitude so she lost a big wedding. I think she needs to be respectful and learn better customer service.

My daughter was married at Legends Ranch April 2016. It was an evening wedding. The facility was perfect. We utilized the sunken courtyard for the reception. We had about 80 guests. The sunken courtyard was the perfect size and we had room for dancing. The entire venue could easily hold several hundred people. We had the venue for the day. The bride and her party arrived at 9 am. Just off the sunken courtyard is essentially an apartment, gorgeous living room just off courtyard (great space for older guests looking for a respite from the wedding), 2 big bathrooms, another living room area that opens to a side patio near the pool, and a small kitchen. This area was perfect space for bride and party to get ready. We brought brunch and spent the whole day there, relaxing and "getting ready". The grooms area was across the courtyard in an old barn area. It was a little small and very stuffy, but a good space. It needed a large screen TV and ESPN for the men in my opinion. I hear that the venue is considering this upgrade. The venue requires a wedding planner. I was not thrilled about it, seemed like a useless expense, now I am incredibly happy we had one. She ensured that all of the vendors (the lighting guy, the table/linens guy, the food guys, the desert guy, the cleaning persons etc- got in, did their work, and then came back at appropriate time and got their stuff out... best $ I spent for the whole wedding) did their work. In my opinion, because we held the wedding at night, the lighting really made the venue sparkle. It was magical once it got dark. We booked the venue in April 2015. The contract was clear and concise. We did not have any issues with the owners. I would highly recommend the location. I would have liked it if we could have paid them by way of paypal, just for ease of ensuring payment. Gorgeous location.

Beautiful Venue! May 2017 - You have a variety of places located on this ranch for your ceremony site to be held. The staff (2 people) always answered questions promptly. Plenty of parking, close enough to the strip but far enough for taxis or uber to be used at a reasonable cost. NO SMOKING facility which was great. Be aware of their RULES...they have many, you wont receive the final version of the must dos and donts until after you have paid your final deposit. They only rent the venue, remember nothing is included in it. You must rent everything from outside vendors They have a few vendors that are preferred, if you dont use them, you must pay a 10% up charge for using someone else. On the day of the event it would be wise to make sure the sprinklers are SHUT OFF. Unfortunately the staff was hard to contact the day of the event to turn the sprinklers off and my guest had the pleasure of walking through the sprinklers to get to the lower reception area, I then had the pleasure of walking thru the puddles of muddy water that had accumulated on the sidewalk on the way to my ceremony site. The bottom of my dress was a pleasant brown color for my photo shoot. Once they have reviewed your event and make sure that you didnt use outside vendors or if you did you paid the up charge...you put everything away the way you found it, cleaned up all trash and deposed of it in the proper location, your deposit of $500 will be returned. I do recommend, but just know the reason the venue is so beautiful is its strict guidelines. Best wishes!

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The place is beautiful, but you will be dealing with a ton of hassle from the owners, before, during, and after your event. Instead of enjoying our post-wedding bliss, we are dealing with problems with the owners. Every other vendor and the event itself went off smoothly, just horrible owners that pretend they are a business and speak of themselves as property managers instead of what they are, owners and residents. The owners must be having money troubles. The "ranch" doesnt have any horses boarded anymore, so its obvious they are just taking advantage of wedding costs and brides and grooms. No air conditioning in the entire downstairs of the building or in the grooms quarters, so you will sweat all of your makeup off. Beautiful place, but ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT! There are too many other beautiful venues for a LOT less money in Las Vegas and without the hassle of dealing with Jackie and JT. Even the coordinator said that she would never recommend them to her clients after what she had to go through with them. We wish that there would have been more reviews out there before we booked the venue, we would not have booked this place knowing what we have gone through and experienced.
