Fine for small events. This converted Pioneer house is weirdly laid out for events. If you are holding a small event then the added space they put on will hold <100, but if you gave a wedding and wish for the bride and groom to see the guests you really cant use the house portion at all. Their outdoor space is just as small and pretty inconvenient for guest access.
