I went there driven by curiosity and to visit our Dutch Tiësto on our trip though the USA. This was a big mistake! Clubs like these do not exist anymore in The Netherlands, and no one misses them. Hakkasan Club is not made for party people. The party people get so many space as to be able to just make way through the crowd. Dancing, jumping or moving in any way is not an option while the wealthy made reservations for tables and get themselves lost completely by alcohol, this small group are the only one with some space but do not dance at all. Dress code is terrible: Should have known that this club is not about EDM (Electronic Dance Music). Young ladies feel the need to walk on high heels and man are not allowed to wear suitable dance clothing and sneakers. I was glad to have my ear protection with me. Any visitor without will definitely be harmed before the age of 25! The volume was absurd high, probably to hide the bad acoustic. The music volume made it simply impossible to hear each other in any way. As a result contact between visitors was also not common. I did not see a lot of people really enjoying their time. While in some places I felt present in China-town, in other places I felt a stranger in a bachelor party. Other places we mostly stairs and hallway. There were no places to sit down for ‘normal’ visitors. Also the area on the top floor with overview on the ‘too crowded’ central dance floor was only accessible when you made reservations for a private table. I felt like my 40 dollars for entry was only valid to walk around between places I did want to be, private table places or were I was not welcome. Also Tiësto should retire. He made one mistake after the other. There was no line in the music story. If this club is considered “a top club”, Hakkasan Club (read Amerika) still has a lot to learn in the presentation of EDM!

I visited to see the Chainsmokers on 10/18 and was robbed. My phone was stolen out of my purse on the jam-packed dancefloor. Seriously. They pack people into this place like sardines, and the dancefloor is full of bros who grope and push women around. And security? Yeah, dont expect them to help out if anything happens. When I realized my phone was stolen, I approached one on the side of the dance floor who proceeded to yell at me for intruding into the VIP area. I finally located someone who wanted to help me out (I couldnt hear his name. He was actually sweeping the floor. He had dark hair and glasses. He was the only helpful person in the place.) He directed me into a quiet staff only room where I thought I would fill out some paperwork about whats missing. The employee who watches security cameras in that room flipped out and told us we werent allowed in there, so I had to yell out a description of what went missing over the blaring music in the club. I found out later in the night that security found my phone case (no phone) on the dance floor, but I wasnt told where, or if they would be checking cameras to find out any information, or if they would be doing anything else for me. It was basically not their problem any more, so they didnt help or show any compassion. I personally feel like when someone gets robbed at your establishment, a little empathy and assistance is the right response. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend anyone visit Hakkasan. My situation aside, theres 5 floors of dark stairs that patrons have to climb to get anywhere in the club (not fun after a few drinks in heels. Poor planning.) If you dont buy a VIP table, its hard to get around and have any space to dance and have a good time. With so many fun options on the Strip, Id stay away from Hakkasan and choose somewhere else.

The single worst club I have ever been to. From the staff, to the layout of it, to the insane amount of people they packed into it. The absolute worst. Staff and bouncers were literally no help and/or EXTREMELY rude. The bouncer when entering the club literally grabbed my wrist and pulled me into the club with force. Caught me way off guard. I gave him my wrist to stamp as he had done everyone ahead of me, and instead of just stamping it and allowing me to enter at my own will, he felt the need to pull me like a mother pulls a fit-throwing child out of a grocery store. I so badly wanted to say something to him, but we were there for a bachelorette party so I held my tongue. On top of that, Kaskade was the headliner that night. My friends and I searched high and low for his set time so we would know how long to expect to be out. We could not find it. The club notifies you to be there by 10-10:30 pm to ensure admittance. We arrived shortly after 10. It wasn’t until we had been there almost 2 and a half hours that we found out Kaskade wouldn’t go on until 1:30 am. Which meant we’d have to stand on the dance floor or on the sidelines packed like a can of sardines for another hour. We could NOT do it anymore. The club had to have been way over capacity. You literally couldn’t move, unless you were being pushed around by that annoying person still attempting to dance or being shoved by someone plowing through trying to get by. Not sure how it wasn’t a fire hazard. All in all, this place was HORRIBLE. Never been to a club that was more packed or less enjoyable than this one.

Me and my wife first went to this club kind of by accident because another club was closed. Turned out to be really fun. That was back in October of 2013. Later after I looked into the club more I realized they literally dropped 120 million to make it... It definitely shows. Almost every surface around the dance floor lights up making it a very unique experience everytime you go. Since we moved out here to Vegas we have been to Hakkasan over 10 times (than you Promoter David Reyes!). We have seen Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Michael Woods, and Steve Aoki to name a few. I love this club and I def look at the calendar all the time to see who is djing. As for the bad reviews... First of all any club you go to in Vegas is gonna be packed ESPECIALLY on Friday and Saturday. No way around it. Depending on DJ too it might be even more packed. If you dont like clubs let alone clubs that are packed then dont go lol. I have never gone and not found room to dance. Drink prices... They are a lot yes. Drink before you get in... Ladies of you have a purse throw a small bottle of vodka or whatever in it. Also never had an issue with security, never been hustled ever. In the club dont be a dick to guys or girls and they wont bug you. Also at the door, guys wear slacks, button up shirt, and definitely dress shoes. You want to get in why risk wearing anything but that. Not much more I can say, the club is great Im very happy we stumbled on it.

My experience on my 21st birthday was not great at all. This was on Sunday, April 19th. I myself was in a lot of pain from my heels and my feet swelled up so bad my boyfriend had to rip my heels off. The staff being right there watching him rip off my heels did not even acknowledge this nor did he care. I know a lot goes on in Vegas but this was extremely unpleasurable for me. Before that, the security was yelling only at my bf and I for standing on the stairs next to dance floor, but did not acknowledge anyone else standing there. There were over 20 on the stairs and only yelled at us for it. Then, this highly talked about club even let in people with tshirts and jeans on. They made such a big deal on the phone that we should dress very well yet some people from the streets looked like they walked up in there. It was not one major thing that drove us away, but a bunch of minor things that added up. I feel as though once all of these little problems are fixed, it would be a much better experience. My major complaint, is that the staff was unfriendly and even though I was wearing a huge birthday tiara, the bartenders did not even tell me happy birthday... I had much more fun at Senor Frogs than I did at this club. You can really only have a good time here if you buy bottle service to stray away from this overcrowded club...
